Հյուրերի կարծիքները

5 замечательных экскурсий по Армении были проведены именно с компанией Hyur Service. В первую очередь хочется отметить очень радушное и благожелательное отношение сотрудников. Впрочем, такое отношение к гостям и есть главная достопримечательность Армении. Организационные вопросы решаются HS безукоризненно. Бутилированная вода и булочки во время каждого путешествия - очень приятный бонус.

Прекрасное впечатление, которое производит компания HS и её сотрудники, заставляет меня сделать пару замечаний. Может быть, они позволят компании еще улучшить свою работу. Экскурсии, которые проводятся одновременно на 3-х языках, утомительны, в первую очередь, для гида и, увы, для экскурсантов. Очевидно, что теряется и часть информации. К сожалению, не нашла в программе ни одной экскурсии именно по Еревану. Та, что включает посещение музея Эребуни, завода Арарат и фабрики по производству ковров, вряд ли может считаться полноценной экскурсией по городу. Ну и к удивлению и сожалению, ни одна экскурсия не включает посещение Музея геноцида. По моему, это упущение со стороны HS.

В остальном, повторюсь, впечатления от Hyur Service самые благоприятные.

Большое спасибо водителю Авед. Очень приятный и дружелюбный мужчина. Ездили на озеро Севан и окрестности, Дилижан.

We have arrived at home safely and although we handed out the keys and the questionnaire last night, but we want you to know that we are so happy with all the Hyur Service's staff (drivers, host who hand out and pick up the keys, guides and girls at the office). You all made that our holidays were unforgettable and we know have a better understanding of Armenia (past and nowdays).

We would like to extend our sencire thanks for accommodating us with the best personal driver Aved and our wonderful tour guide Samvel who not only spoke fluent english, he was also very knowledgeable in the history of all sites we went to. I cannot say enough for both of them.

Aved went out of his way to accommodate us with the route changes that we requested based on looking at the map of Armenia. He did not hesitate to call the office to get their approval in order to accommodate our changes.
Both Aved and Samvel were fun to be with for the duration of our trip.
When one of our twins ended up in the hospital, Aved and Samvel did not hesitate to help out and stood by us to comfort both my son and myself.
In our eye, you have two of the most amazing people working for you. They are both truly a GEM.

We will most certainly recommend your organization for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Our only complain about visiting Armenia was the place we rented from "My Street", Aghayan 15, Yerevan, which came as a recommendation and it turned out to be a very negative experience with not having Hot water and electricity shutting off sever times. I'd wish we had reserved our place to stay through your company as well!

Please give our best to both Aved and Samvel and I hope you will share our compliments with them.
