In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the start time, the paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or no-show, no amount is refunded and only replacement is possible . In case of replacement, 20% of the canceled Tour Price will be kept as a penalty and the remaining part can only be used for purchasing other Tours or Services at the time of replacement. In case of cancellation of the newly purchased Services, the cancellation terms of these Services will apply, in addition the replacement is considered invalid and the used amount is kept as a penalty. Due to unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure state, and for security reasons, the Company has the right to change, shorten or cancel the given Tour. In case of cancellation the whole amount paid for the Group Tour is returned to the Customer. If the Company has replaced the sites or Services provided within the Tour with equivalent sites or Services due to the above-mentioned circumstances, then it has no obligation towards the Customer and does not have to refund any amount of money. In case of non-equivalent replacement or reduction, the Company refunds the Customer the Price difference between the purchased Tour and the Tour that has actually taken place.
