These terms and conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "T&C" ) of service provisions contain important information about Your rights, responsibilities and legal remedies. In these T&C "We" , "Our" , "Us" , "Company" , "Hyur Service" refer to "Hyur Service" limited liability company (TIN: 00073368), which was founded and is currently operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (head office at 96, Nalbandyan street, 0010, Yerevan, RA), and "You" , "Your" , "Yours" , "Customer" refer to the person, who has logged into this website, applies for and/or uses the services of the Company. These T&C, including any reference to other terms and conditions within them, regulate all services directly or indirectly provided through hyurservice.com , hyurservice.am , hyurservice.fr , hyurservice.ru , hyur.am , hyurservices.am , hyurservices.com , hyur-service.com , guest-service.com (or any other subdomain) websites (all together hereinafter referred to as "Website" ) and the relationship between You and the Company arising from them. By accessing, viewing and using the Website, any service of the Website or downloading any content, You hereby confirm that You have thoroughly read these T&C and unconditionally accept them, whether You are a user of the Company services, a registered user of the Website, Customer, or simply a visitor. This Website, its content and features, as well as the services that the Website offers, belong to, are regulated and provided by "Hyur Service" LLC. The Company is entitled to unilaterally change these T&C any time, without any prior notice. Each change made (with a respective date) is published on the Website. The new T&C will have legal force and will be applicable to the relations and responsibilities that have arisen after publishing it on the Website. The Website may contain errors, inaccuracies and omissions, implying services, their price and content. The Company has the right to correct the errors at any time, including those that are related to already confirmed orders. In this case, upon possibility, the Company will offer You to keep the already confirmed and corrected order, or to cancel it, without any consequences established in Section 14, these T&C. In addition to these T&C, the attractions, activities, hotels, venues, museums, restaurants, presented on the Website, and any other adjacent service provider may have, claim and/or require You to accept their terms and conditions that may contain some other responsibilities and/or right restrictions. If You do not accept these T&C, please, stop any use of the Website. Being on the Website, opening an account (see Section 4), becoming a Customer and using the services are proof of Your unconditional acceptance of these T&C.
