12. Business Event Organization
In the scope of Business Event Organization Services, based on the data provided by the Customer, on their behalf, at their expense and by their assignment, The Company realizes venue booking (hereinafter referred to as "Venue Booking") and event organization supporting services (hereinafter referred to as "Supporting Services") within the period and terms agreed with the Customer in advance.Venue BookingThe provision of the venue reserved by the Customer is only possible in the scope of their Order, in particular, within Order period and its purposes.The Customer is obliged to maintain the provided venue decently and to return it in the same condition, in which they have received it.The Customer can bring food, beverage, equipment and/or other items to the venue as long as they have an initial agreement with the Company and has to remove it all from the venue before the agreed exit time. Otherwise, the Company has the right to charge extra fee as much as it has spent to eliminate the outcomes that may have arisen as a result of Customer's non-fulfillment or inappropriate fulfillment of this obligation.Screens, floral compositions, decorations, equipment and other items should be placed so as not to damage the venue, or the building, the area where the venue is situated. No use of nails, adhesive tapes, glue or similar materials is allowed in the venues.If the venue or its property, equipment has been damaged during the use of the venue, then the Customer is obliged to compensate the necessary amount to eliminate the outcomes it may have resulted, as well as the expenses that the Company has incurred.The information about the venues is received by the companies providing venues and is thoroughly verified and approved by those companies. The Company is not responsible for any actual discrepancy.The Company is not responsible, if the venue providing company has somehow failed and/or provided a venue not corresponding the one presented on Our Website.The Company is not responsible for any incomplete or inappropriate service provision by the venue providing company, as well as for their unscrupulous behavior, mistakes, omissions, negligence, for any of Your complaints regarding the Venue Booking Services, and for any direct and indirect damage or expense that You may incur as a result.In case You use other services offered by the venue providing company, apart from the use of the venue, You are obliged to make the payment and cover Your expenses on the spot according to policy and price-list presented by the venue providing company.The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the venues or in the vicinity.Supporting ServicesIn the scope of Supporting Services, the Company provides equipment and accessories, printing services and assisting staff.In case of need to use the above-mentioned Services, the Customer has to provide all the information and details necessary to realize the Order in advance.The Prices of Supporting Services presented on the Website are calculated on the basis that they will be provided in Yerevan. Should these Services be provided in any other place, additional expenses may be charged.
- Equipment and accessories
In the scope of this Service the Company provides the Customer for temporary use with audio/video equipment, office appliances and devices, as well as other accessories necessary for event organizing (all together hereinafter referred to as "Equipment and Accessories").The Company is obliged to provide the Customer with the Equipment and Accessories with the right of use, in proper condition and ordered quantity.When receiving them, the Customer has to check and inform the Company, should there be any malfunctions or non-compliance with the Order, otherwise the Customer will be deprived of the right to refer to them later. If the ordered Equipment and Accessories do not correspond to the presented information, do not function or have other significant drawbacks, the Company is obliged to make an adequate replacement, or, if not possible, return the already paid amount.The Customer is obliged to use the Equipment and Accessories for the ordered period and purpose only.The Customer cannot transmit the right to use the Equipment and Accessories to a third party without the Company's initial written consent.After the period of use of the Equipment and Accessories, the Customer is obliged to return them to the Company in the same condition and quantity as received (taking into account the natural deterioration). However, if the Customer has lost, damaged or destructed them, they are obliged to compensate for the damage and expenses suffered by the Company, or to restore and repair them at their own expense.During Equipment and Accessories provision, in order to assure that the Customer exercises the above-mentioned obligations, the Company has the right to require a certain amount of money corresponding to their market price, in cash or by bank transfer (upon Customer's preference). This money will be repaid to the Customer when the latter returns the Equipment and Accessories to the Company in time and in appropriate conditions.
- Printing Services
In the scope of this Service the Company provides the Customer with printing services of given documents, brochures, folders, billboards and/or other materials (all together hereinafter referred to as "Printing").The Customer is obliged to provide the Company with all the materials necessary for Printing accurately, with high quality and within the required period.The Customer is responsible for the final confirmation of all the materials before Printing. Any work that has been approved and/or has been given to publication, cannot be modified or supplemented, and the amount paid for the Service is not subject to return.
- Assisting staff
In the scope of this Service the Company provides the Customer with interpreter/translator, host, photographer and/or videographer (all together hereinafter referred to as "Assisting Staff") services.The Customer is obliged to maintain the conditions of the work of the Assisting Staff set within the Order, in particular, dates, volumes and features.Should the Customer make any essential changes within this Service, they have to inform the Company and agree with it in advance.The Customer has to assure the security of the Assisting Staff.The Assisting Staff is obliged to assure the confidentiality of any information received during the Service provision, to demonstrate proper conduct and punctuality.
