20. Applicable law, termination and dispute resolution

The current legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall be applicable to these T&C, including with regard to the rights and obligations of You and the Company, the interpretation, execution, consequences of failure to execute or improper execution of the T&C, the termination, the consequences of being null and void or invalid, the surrender of claim and the transfer of debt related to the T&C, without taking into account the conflict of law rules.

All the disputes, conflicts and/or claims (hereinafter referred to as "Dispute"), including those referring to the fulfillment, violation, termination or cancellation of these Disputes, regarding these T&C, the Website, its content and/or the Services are subject to regulation through negotiations and consultations between You and the Company.

You hereby agree to submit Your claims to the Company's Customer service center in advance, or to inform the Company via the official Communication Means of the Website.

If the Dispute is not resolved within 15 days after You take any of the above-mentioned actions, then, in order to resolve the Dispute, You can apply to the corresponding competent arbitration, which in this case is the Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as "Arbitration Court"). In the Arbitration Court the case is investigated in accordance with the legislation of the Arbitration Court and RA Law on "Commercial Arbitration".

You hereby agree that You are aware of the case investigation procedure in Arbitration Court. The terms and conditions of the Arbitration Court are available on the following website: www.arbitrage.am. The arbitration proceedings are held in Armenian, and take place in Yerevan, RA.

In case of wish to resolve the Dispute between the Company and the Customer in Court, the parties shall waive the right to apply to Arbitration Court with a separately signed written agreement and submit the investigation of the Dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of RA, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
