13. Meal Booking Service
In the scope of Meal Booking Service, based on the data provided by the Customer, on their behalf, at their expense and by their assignment, the Company realizes meal provision booking in restaurants, hotels, halls and other venues. When booking, the Company acts exclusively as an agent between You and the company providing meal services. The Company itself does not provide meal services. The Company is not responsible for any incomplete or inappropriate service provision by the meal providing company, as well as for their unscrupulous behavior, mistakes, omissions, negligence, for any of Your complaints regarding the meal provision services, and for any direct and indirect damage or expense that You may incur as a result. The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or dеstructed in the meal provision places. In case You use other services offered by the meal providing company, apart from the Meal Booking Service, You are obliged to make the payment and cover Your expenses on the spot according to policy and price-list presented by the meal providing company. The pictures, descriptions or other information about the restaurants, hotels or other meal providing places are for informational purposes only and may not match with the actual Services provided to You by the meal providing companies.
