18. Exceptions and limited liability
If You decide to use this Website, You do it voluntarily and at Your own risk, and hence agree that You have had all the opportunities to explore the Company's rules, policies, regulations and/or requirements that may be applicable to the Services to be provided to You. You agree that Our Services may bear an inherent risk, and by using the Services You voluntarily accept that risk. In particular, the Company is not responsible for Your illness, physical damage(s), disability or death resulted during the provision of Services or due to them, unless otherwise defined by these T&C or the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. You willingly and freely accept those risks when You decide to use the Services. You bear all the responsibility for any of Your actions taken up before, during and after the Service provision. We bear responsibility for the actually incurred or caused damage to You due to drawbacks related to Our Services only, at the amount of the paid Price by You for any of the Services, and not more, unless otherwise defined by these T&C (i.e., traffic accident insurance). Any claim or complaint regarding the quality of the Services must be submitted immediately, and if impossible, at least 2 days after the provision of the Service. Any claim or complaint submitted after this period may be rejected by the Company. The Company bears responsibility neither for any actions, errors, mistakes, claims, guarantees, negligences of other companies presented on the Website, nor for any physical damage, death, material or other damages and expenses incurred as a result of their actions. The Company bears no responsibility for any misunderstanding resulted from misreading, inattentive reading of any information published on the Website, or other similar circumstances. The Company does not guarantee that the Website and/or emails and files sent on behalf of the Company do not contain viruses or other malicious software or electronic components. In case of complete or partial non-compliance of the obligations set within these T&C, the Company is relieved from responsibility, if it happened due to force majeure that has arisen after the occurrence of binding relationship between You and the Company within these T&C, and which We could not have predicted or prevented and is not based on Our carelessness or omission, and which could not have been prevented with the help of sensible diligence. Such situations are earthquake, flood, (wild) fire and other natural disasters, war, pandemic, epidemic, martial law or state of emergency, riot, rebellion, revolution, political unrest, terrorist acts, cases of civil disobedience, strikes, road impassibility, cessation of communication means, acts of state bodies, etc., which make the fulfillment of obligations set within these T&C impossible. The above-mentioned exceptions and limited liabilities are applied only to the maximum extent permitted by law. You may also have other legal rights not set within these T&C, which are subject to limitation to the maximum extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. No provision, term, condition in these T&C limits Us to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on Us by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
