"TadDin" is an Armenian artisanal chocolate brand created by Diana Khopshanosova and Mher Tadevosyan, who managed to transform their passion into a unique craft. Here chocolate is produced entirely by hand using traditional methods, which gives every bar and every bonbon a distinctive character and taste. The assortment impresses with its variety: from classic white, milk and dark chocolate to bold flavor combinations with citrus, tarragon, basturma and dried fruits.
The core philosophy of "TadDin" is not only to create exquisite sweets but also pure two-ingredient chocolate made from cocoa beans and sugar, without the addition of lecithin. Guests can take part in an engaging program that begins with a short presentation about the history of cocoa and chocolate. Participants then discover the differences between artisanal and industrial methods of production and witness firsthand the sequence of steps in making these delicacies. A highlight is the demonstration of handmade creations, followed by a chocolate tasting paired with aromatic tea.
