"TadDin" chocolatier is a handmade and artisan chocolate brand, made in Armenia by Diana Khopshanosova and Mher Tadevosyan. "TadDin" is one of the very few chocolate-makers that uses the old way of producing delicacies. The production includes classic flavors, like white, milk and dark chocolate and also extraordinary ones, like with citrus, tarragon, basturma and dried fruits. The main idea of the "craftsmen" of "TadDin" is producing not only a variety of chocolates, but also two-component chocolate from cocoa beans and sugar (without lecithin).
Standard package includes:
– Brief presentation of the history of cocoa and chocolate;
– Conceptual differences between artisanal and industrial methods of chocolate production;
– Introduction and demonstration of the sequence of production processes;
– Demonstration of handicrafts;
– Tasting with tea.
It is possible to book packages with more advanced components.
