I’d like to thank you and everyone at Yur Servis for making our vacation in Armenia so comfortable and memorable. The apartment turned out to be even better than we expected.
Special thanks to our guides, Lilit Suchyan (sorry if I’ve spelled your last name incorrectly) and Rubine, and to all the drivers—the tours were very interesting and informative, but not overloaded with information, and were full of humor and love for their country.
We had such a lovely time in Armenia. I really hope to visit again and bring my friends and family. And of course, I’ll be in touch with you.

Good afternoon!
My friends and I spent two wonderful weeks in Armenia. It was warm and sunny, interesting and delicious, fun and colorful. We owe a huge part of these wonderful memories to our fantastic guide, Lilit Suchyan, with whom we visited Lake Sevan, Echmiadzin, Khor Virap, and Noravank. We brought home lots of photos and memories, but most of all, a wealth of jokes and very warm memories of our trips with Lilit. We would like to thank her again and wish her a happy New Year, successful trips, lovely tourists, and lots and lots of new experiences.

Hello. From November 2 to 5, the six of us, tourists from Moscow, visited your wonderful country. We were left with very vivid and pleasant impressions of everything we saw. The tour was wonderfully put together, and we were accompanied by the wonderful and attentive guide Lilit.Thank you very much! I’d especially like to thank our driver Livon on behalf of all of us. Thanks to him, we managed to avoid a terrible accident (a head-on collision with a car that suddenly swerved into our lane). Only his driving skills saved us in that situation. God was with us at that moment, and you became our guardian angel. Thank you again from all of us and our children. We wish you good luck, good health, and prosperity.

I feel compelled to write a short note to you regarding my recent visit to Armenia on 27 Sept-2 Oct. I relied largely on Hyur in organizing the trip, as I rented an apartment in Yerevan from you, ordered two trips - one regular, the other tailor-made to Etchmiadzin et al - and trips from and to the airport. In short, your service was impeccable in every way. All e-mails were answered immediately and in a way that helped me organize the trip in the best way possible. Everything went according to plan and exceeded my expectations. Pick-ups were punctual and your guides on the trips were informative and highly professional. Everyone of your staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, qualities I do not take for granted having visited many countries. My visit left me with a deep impression of the Armenian people as very friendly to foreign visitors. Armenia is a beautiful country with a rich history and civilization, and it is good to be able to rely on such a professional company as yours to organize a visit. Again, thanks!

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are writing to praise the good work of Lilit and say thank you for being such a good host in the Noravank, Tatev and Karahunj tour. We joined the Wednesday tour on 18 Sep and now that we are back home in Hong Kong, we would like to especially write this email to appreciate her hard work and patience.

Lilit has exercised her professionalism from the beginning by giving a lot of detailed background information about Armenia as well as the places we were visiting. She always wears a warm smile on her face. Even though our tour has run late and we were back to central Yerevan after midnight, Lilit and our driver (sorry we don't know his name) were very patient with us and made sure we have a safe trip back to town. This is greatly appreciated and we feel the amazing Armenian quality of hospitality and warmth from them.

We’ve just returned from our trip to Armenia. We wanted to thank you and your colleague Anna for the invaluable help you gave us. The places you recommended offered good value for money and a very warm welcome. We had quite a few difficulties with the language, especially outside Yerevan, and so we rediscovered the advantages of communicating through gestures!
