Щиро вдячні колективу фірми за чудово проведену відпустку. Все булo організовано на високому рівні, усі співробітники дуже доброзичливі та завжди готові. Bопомгти вирішити будь-яку проблему.
Особливо дякуємо водію Рубену за теплу зустріч в аеропорту у 4 години ранку, менеджеру Маріанні за чудову організацію нашої подорожі та підтримку, я у ми. Bідчували протягом всієї відпустки, а також гідам Катар, Розі, Елізабет та Джульєтті.

The Service provided by your company was very professional, and despite our last minute booking, you managed to accommodate our needs perfectly.
Thank you for the help and assistance of the staff, the drivers and everyone at Hyur, which made our trip so much easier and pleasent, without any hassle.
The only thing is that we managed to leave a large number of plastic and glass bottles, which we did not know where to deliver for recycling, (if that still exists ) so pleas forgive us if that is not the norm..
In any case, without your help and assistance, our trip back to armenian would have been a lot more challenging

We certainly recommend Hyur for persons visiting Armenia. They arranged our accomodation and also a few tours. Rose the tour leader was also a fantastic girl and we had a great time in Garni and Geghart.

Concernant vos prestations lors de notre sejour cet ete en Armenie, tout a ete PARFAIT: depuis le transfert de l'aeroport en passant par les excursions.
Notre appartement a repondu a toutes nos attentes (bien place, tres confortable...).
Nous avons aime notre visite au Kharabagh d'autant que TATEVIG etait une guide tres competente.
Enfin, nous ne pouvons que vous felicitez d'avoir dans votre entreprise quelqu'un comme ANNA: toujours disponible, a l'ecoute de nos souhaits et maitrisant parfaitement la langue francaise.

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour, ils nous tardent de revenir.

Nous conservons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour en Arménie en juin dernier. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits des services de votre agence: accueil à l'aéroport et excursions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que les circuits pour lesquels nous nous étions inscrits aient été maintenus même si nous n'étions que tous les deux et effectués dans des conditions très sympathiques, en voiture particulière avec guide parlant français.
