Visiting Tatev Monastery and Noravank Church for the first time, I was simply delighted with everything, from the guide to the breathtaking, one-of-a-kind natural scenery. Our guide, Lilit, spoke three languages fluently and answered all our questions. She even made sure anyone who needed one had a first-aid kit (including me). On the day we set off on a “long journey” to the fairy-tale places of Armenia, Lilit told us about all the villages and settlements, and even about the creation of legendary Armenian wine (Areni). In a word, everything was AMAZING.)

In the passed week, we had exciting, interesting and beautiful experiences in Armenia - and a part of the the group still stays for some days.
As a member of the group, I would like to thank you for your excellent way of organizing our trip. We wish to express our great thanks for giving us Stepan as our guide. His knowledge about Armenien history, churches and monasteries seemed inexhaustible, and he was forecoming and helpful towards us far beyond any expectation. Some of our trips took 12 or 13 hours, and all the way his sense of the time schedule was precise and calm and his guiding words in the day's last monastery as interesting and engaging as it was in the morning's first stop. We were a group with strong interest not only in the past, but also in Armenian life in church and society today, and through him the physical environment of buildings, towns, mountains and valleys became dressed with meaning.

I would like to thank all of you at Hyur Service for making our trip to Armenia so successful. Initially the bookings were dealt with by Susan who was extremely efficient and managed to get all put in place. During our stay in Armenia we had the excellent service of Alex our driver and Mary our guide. Between them both they made our stay very enjoyable and extremely interesting. Alex drove very safely on what I would have to say is not easy conditions and Mary kept us extremely well informed of all the places we visited. As a group of four we were together for five days visiting many places throughout Armenia and it was like being with old friends. With my wife being able to speak Armenian the dinner and lunchtime conversations enabled us to include everyone.

A fabulous experience and a really special thanks to Alex and Mary who made our stay so enjoyable. Thanks everyone.

Amazingly, Armine, who has never visited Russia, speaks Russian beautifully. Grateful tourists from the Yerebuni Hotel!

I rented an Executive apartment in Alley Residence from Hyur Services. The apartment was very clean, all the appliances worked, the WiFi was excellent and Hyur Services were always available day and night if needed. I also used their transfer service from and to the airport which was on time and excellent value for money. Alley Residence was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the centre. I would totally recommend the apartment and the service.

Many thanks to everyone at Hyur servise and, in particular, Lilit Petrosyan for organizing our vacation in your wonderful country. We’re very happy. Special thanks to the wonderful guide Armine and driver Levon—the tours were 5+. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, it’s simply impossible to see everything in one trip, so we hope to come back again.
