Dear Marianna, Maya and Diana!

Good afternoon! I’m writing to thank you for the wonderful group trip to Nagorno-Karabakh that I took from May 2 to 4, 2017!

I’d especially like to commend the work of your young, up-and-coming guide, Hayk, who said that he was only in his second year as a guide. I think he has a great future in tourism, as over the three days of the tour he proved himself to be a knowledgeable tour guide with a good command of foreign languages, and he also has great organizational skills. Many thanks for that!

I’d also like to say that our driver, Armen, was very attentive and constantly helped Hayk, even in the unforeseen circumstances all the tourists found themselves in while crossing the border into Nagorno-Karabakh on May 2. But they resolved everything fairly quickly, and we were able to continue our tour. So I’d like to thank them both once again for their work!

The only thing is that, compared to my previous similar trip, I felt it was a pity that on the first day the tourists only had the opportunity to visit Khor Virap and Noravank, and then, after lunch, there was a long drive with no stops to visit anything. I think something else could be added to the tour for sightseeing. Otherwise, the program has only gotten better.

Thank you for the well-coordinated and professional work of your entire team. We spent a week in Armenia, including five days taking excursions. The buses were comfortable, all the excursions started on time, and the guides we were lucky enough to travel with were highly professional (Irina, Roza, Anait) and spoke about their country with great enthusiasm and in a very engaging way.

Special thanks to Roza, who led three of the most challenging and longest excursions to Tatev, Khndzoresk, Khor Virap, Noravank, Sevan, Dilijan ... Roza didn’t just lead the excursions; she immersed us in her country’s history, sang folk songs, stopped the rain at the excursion sites (it poured on the way to our destination, but as soon as we arrived, the rain stopped), and did everything possible to make everyone comfortable.

Thank you for these extraordinary May holidays in the extraordinary country of Armenia!
