We would like to express our immense gratitude to your company!

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful time in Armenia, learned a lot, and rested our souls and hearts. We visited amazing places, and everything was superb—10 out of 10. Unfortunately, four days weren’t enough for us; we hope to come back again))) Thank you for the excellent organization and personal approach.

We’d especially like to express our immense gratitude to Gor!!! He’s the most amazing and charismatic guide. We have plenty to compare him to—we’ve been to lots of places and traveled all over the world—but Gor is something else!!!! He’s a very pleasant, open, and interesting person. Thanks to him, we learned a lot and had a really, really wonderful time. We also really liked our driver: pleasant, polite, and careful behind the wheel. We’re incredibly grateful to him too.

Everyone is attentive, friendly, and cheerful. Very professional - everyone in the office is quick and efficient, speaks Russian and English beautifully, the guides “know everything under the sun” and also speak both languages beautifully, and the drivers drive very carefully.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Hyur Service for a wonderful vacation and the lovely impressions we took away from Armenia!

We were planning a short trip, as a first introduction to sunny Armenia (which, by the way, really was sunny for all 5 days :-)!

We wanted to find a professional guide so we could see and learn as much as possible in a short time. We read lots of information and reviews about companies, guides, and drivers. In the end, we chose Hyur Service in part because friends and colleagues who didn’t know one another all recommended your company.

And we’re so glad we took their advice! Mari, whom we corresponded with by email, put together an itinerary that took all our wishes into account. We’d like to mention that none of our questions went unanswered.

The trip was very well organized, and we especially want to mention our wonderful professional guide, Kristina, and our reliable driver, Norik. Friendly, tactful, attentive, and professional, Kristina and Norik showed us Armenia’s wonderful places, stunning nature, and fairy-tale architecture. We learned a lot of interesting and new things about the country, its people, and its traditions, and we’d love to return. Thank you so much, Kristina and Norik, for all your hard work. We really enjoyed the views of Sevan and the mountains, and the delicious, well-organized lunch at Yakor restaurant.

We liked the organization of the tour and the timing, and the views from Tsaghkadzor Ski Resort and the cable car were amazing. Our guide- Lilit managed the schedule very skillfully and told us everything in a very informative and interesting way, in two languages at once.

A huge special thank-you to our guide Irina, who spent two winter days with us (February 9 and 10), told us interesting stories about the ancient monasteries, Lake Sevan, Mount Ararat, and the history, culture, and traditions of Armenia, and honestly promised us by the stones of Khor Virap that Ararat really is there, behind the fog, and just doesn’t show herself to strangers, like a shy girl...

I would like to thank the team at Hyur Service from the bottom of my heart for organizing my New Year’s holiday in Armenia.
With Hyur Service, I was able to take five group tours and one private tour, which helped me discover your wonderful country.

I would especially like to express my appreciation and gratitude to your guide, Roza. I was lucky enough to go on four group tours with her, and on the last two, I actually asked the organizers to put me on the bus Roza would be on. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to “steal” Roza for a private tour to Tatev, although Lilit remembers how I insisted.
I want to point out that Roza really is a wonderful guide and simply a very good person. I have been fortunate enough to visit more than
twenty countries, including faraway places like Brazil, Argentina, and Cuba, and to meet all kinds of people and guides. I can say with confidence that Roza is one of the best guides I’ve ever had in all my travels. Roza is someone who not only loves Armenia, but also fills the people around her with that love. At least, in her work I saw a desire to share with her guests a little of the Armenia that lives in her heart, and it was thanks to that that I, too, fell in love with your wonderful country.

Roza is the kind of guide who works with all her heart and gives her heart to others. Even when problems arise, her sincerity, enthusiasm, and energy smooth over all the rough edges. There are very few guides these days who put their heart into their work. In European countries, for example, you can hardly find any; and if you do, they are usually from the countries of the former Soviet Union.

I would like to thank Roza from the bottom of my heart for her hard work, her natural warmth, and her sincerity. I can say with confidence that thanks to her, I truly fell in love with Armenia, and became interested in the history and culture of your country. I am very grateful to her for showing me warm Armenia amid the January frost (even if it wasn’t as severe as back home in the Russian Far East). And that warmth is in the hearts and souls of the people who live here. People are any country’s greatest treasure. And Armenia is undoubtedly rich in its people. Armenians are sincere, open, kind, and ready to help in any situation. And it is the people, probably more than anything else, that I will remember.

As a rule, I don’t get the chance to visit the same country twice. Every year brings new countries and new experiences.
But rules are made to have exceptions. So I’ve decided that I’ll come back to Armenia as soon as I get the chance. I’ll come in the warmer season, to see the beauty of nature, the fountains of Yerevan, and the grandeur of Ararat. But most importantly, I’ll come to experience once again the hospitality, openness, and sincerity of the Armenian people.

Once again, please allow me to thank the entire team at Hyur Service for my holiday in your wonderful country. And a special greeting and a special thank-you to dear Roza!
