We would like to express our gratitude for a wonderful and unforgettable two-day trip: Yerevan-Ughtasar-Goris-Khndzoresk-Tatev-Yerevan!

As soon as we met our guide, we realized within the first half hour that this would be a very interesting and well-coordinated tour. Our guide, Samvel Balayan, is simply a model guide. He always provided complete, comprehensive information with a subtle sense of humor, and led an interesting and informative tour. Thank you, Samvel, for your warm attitude toward the group and your funny stories about the culture and traditions. It seems like he knows everything about everything :))

Thank you for the great music selection that kept us going on the road. The trip flew by. Keep it up! Keep making tourists happy! Now we want to go to Karabakh with you, and we will!

I’d like to thank two wonderful drivers, Mkrtich Avetyan and Askanes Karapetyan, for their professionalism and kindness; guide Hayk for Sayat-Nova and hot coffee (I’d really love to know the tracks :D); and Tatevik for a wonderful photo with Ararat in the background.

As for the tours, everything was well organized, with no delays or unprofessional behavior from the Yur Service staff. Maybe just a little too much time for meals and far too few stops on the breathtaking roads to take at least a couple of photos of Armenia’s beautiful nature.

On behalf of Via Ferrata (www.viaferrata.su), I would like to express our enormous gratitude to Hyur Service for organizing our corporate event.

We decided to celebrate our company’s 15th anniversary with a corporate trip to Armenia for 32 employees, for 5!!! days. Thanks to the professionalism of the company’s managers, Diana Tumanyan and Maya Petrosyan, as well as the coordinated work of all the Hyur Service employees, we had an unforgettable vacation from June 10 to 14, 2017. Our trip focused primarily on exploring the country’s culinary delights, so the itinerary was planned to let us visit not only Armenia’s beautiful historical sites, but also villages with tasting rooms and cellars full of homemade wines.

We were accompanied on our trip by guide Kristina and driver Mkrtych, and guide Kristina. We would especially like to thank them for their professionalism. They were always on time and always counted everyone getting on and off the bus (which is very important when 32 key employees are traveling around an unfamiliar country), with Kristina’s fascinating historical stories and the melodic traditional audio tracks on Mkrtych’s bus.
