Hello!

My daughter and I vacationed in Yerevan from June 15 to 22, 2017. We went on tours organized by your company.

We really enjoyed the tours, and we especially liked our tour guide, Haik. He’s a wonderful young man: knowledgeable, well-mannered, and organized! Thanks to his composure and clear communication, the tour was well organized and interesting.

The tour was given in three languages. Although I didn’t know two of them, I found it very interesting in my language, while the guide spoke Armenian and English naturally, without stumbling or awkward pauses. My daughter enjoyed the commentary in both Russian and English! It was a pleasure to talk with our guide throughout the tour.

Thank you for having such a wonderful guide! We loved Armenia—its nature, architecture, sights, history, and PEOPLE!

I wanted to extend a big thank you for the wonderful service that Hyur service provided to us. You, along with the rest of your staff were always courteous, flexible and accommodating to our families needs.

I would like to pass along a few specific comments.

First, our tour guide Gayaneh was exceptional. Her wealth of knowledge ability to connect to our family and clear language skills provided us the perfect balance of learning important facts yet not being inundated with information. All our kids felt comfortable to ask her questions and she was always pleasant and willing to explain things at their level. I understand that she is new to your organization and we wanted to make sure it was passed along that we absolutely loved her and would highly recommend her to any other family!

Second, the driver that we had to Tatev monastery was also excellent. He provided us with helpful historical facts and interesting stories along the drive which allowed us to pass the time quickly and considering how nervous I was about that drive I felt very safe with his driving skills.

Next, Maya you allowed me to create the perfect itinerary that allowed a balance of sightseeing and enjoyment for all members in our group. We had to accommodate to my parents and the young ones in the group and you responded to every email with a timely and positive plan that ensured we would be in good hands. The professionalism that you showed me while I was at home is what made me confident that we were in excellent hands during our travel and allowed me to enjoy my time there without worrying about anymore details. Thank you!

Lastly, a few words regarding her hotel Northern Avenue. I know this is separate from your organization but we were so impressed with the quality of service that they provided that if there is an opportunity to recommend them to other clients we would strongly support it. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, food was great, location was fantastic and most importantly the entire staff gave us a home away from home.

Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality and we look forward to meeting again in beautiful Armenia. We have recommended your services to multiple people since we have come back so we hope they have the same experience we had with Hyur.

Hello everyone.

My wife, a friend, and I were in Armenia from June 12 to 19. Thanks to the Argentine Embassy in Armenia, I got in touch with you, and honestly, it was the best recommendation I could have received.

We spent some wonderful days discovering fantastic places, meeting wonderful people, and enjoying exquisite food. My wife is of Armenian descent, and this trip was something we had been planning for a long time. The excursions you planned were unforgettable; we were able to see so much in 7 days. From the very beginning, Mariam answered all my questions and planned everything for us. Our Spanish-speaking guide, Anna, deserves a special mention.

Such warmth, such love for her country, such a wonderful person. We’ve never enjoyed a guide so much—in fact, more than a guide, a new friend—as we did on this trip. Armenia makes you want to come back again and again!!!!!!!!!!

In fact, some of our friends are already going to contact Mariam to have her put together a trip for them this year. That’s all—just words of gratitude and affection.

We’ll be back. Keep it up—you make tourists feel right at home.

We would like to express our gratitude for a wonderful and unforgettable two-day trip: Yerevan-Ughtasar-Goris-Khndzoresk-Tatev-Yerevan!

As soon as we met our guide, we realized within the first half hour that this would be a very interesting and well-coordinated tour. Our guide, Samvel Balayan, is simply a model guide. He always provided complete, comprehensive information with a subtle sense of humor, and led an interesting and informative tour. Thank you, Samvel, for your warm attitude toward the group and your funny stories about the culture and traditions. It seems like he knows everything about everything :))

Thank you for the great music selection that kept us going on the road. The trip flew by. Keep it up! Keep making tourists happy! Now we want to go to Karabakh with you, and we will!

Good day!

I’d like to thank two wonderful drivers, Mkrtich Avetyan and Askanes Karapetyan, for their professionalism and kindness; guide Hayk for Sayat-Nova and hot coffee (I’d really love to know the tracks :D); and Tatevik for a wonderful photo with Ararat in the background.

As for the tours, everything was well organized, with no delays or unprofessional behavior from the Yur Service staff. Maybe just a little too much time for meals and far too few stops on the breathtaking roads to take at least a couple of photos of Armenia’s beautiful nature.
