Many thanks for the wonderfully organized tours. I spent 5 days with hyur, and all the guides put their heart and soul into every trip and do everything they can to make your journey comfortable and interesting. Special thanks to the guide Vartui and Uncle Leva).

My friend and I used this company’s services and didn’t regret it. To start with, all the staff speak three languages: Armenian, Russian, and English, so it was very comfortable to communicate. I’m Armenian myself, but after living in Russia for 29 years, I’d forgotten a little of my native language, so the manager spoke with me in Russian.

We took a tour to Tatev by cable car and didn’t regret it. It was very interesting: we stopped at Khor Virap, Noravank, and, of course, Tatev. It’s the longest tour, but it didn’t feel long to us because it was so interesting.

But the nicest thing was that we had a very comfortable bus with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We especially liked our driver, Levon (he’s just a sweetheart and a real professional), and our guide, Tigran (he told us the history of Armenia in a really interesting way. He also spoke three languages: Armenian, Russian, and English).

All in all, we liked absolutely everything very, very much.

We went on the Garni tour. It was our second tour with Hyur and it was as good as the first.

Karina was very friendly and knowledgeable. Levon our bus driver is the best. We cannot thank you enough for your wonderful service.

Excellent organization and impeccable service. Our driver, Levon, drove us wonderfully—especially considering the road to Tatev, with at least three mountain passes. On the way back, we were already driving in complete darkness, but Levon is a professional! The buses are comfortable and clean. The guide was wonderful too! She told us everything, made it interesting, and didn’t overload us with information. Lunch and all the sightseeing stops were well organized. If I went on another organized tour, it would only be with Hyur Service!
And the cable car ride down is already included in the price, which will save you a ton of money :)

A very packed, atmospheric itinerary.

A comfortable, convenient vehicle with good climate control and a calm driver. We traveled in comfort. A huge thank-you to our guide, David Asratyan. He told us about all the sights in sooo much detail and made it incredibly interesting. Between stops, he answered all our questions along the way and told us about the traditions and culture of every settlement we passed through, as well as the Armenian people as a whole.

One day, an emergency came up: one of our group started feeling unwell, so we had to stop at a hospital, which delayed us between stops. We decided to skip the last sacred site, but David said he had to show it to us and tell us about it no matter what. We were very pleasantly surprised.

The trip left us with nothing but positive emotions.

I’ll definitely return to Armenia: rich history, you can drink the tap water, and the air could be sealed in jars. The food is delicious, delicious, and delicious again, everywhere from simple roadside cafés to fancy restaurants.

Now about the tour operator: I liked everything. The bus was comfortable, it was always cool inside, and there was cold water in the fridge. The trip just flies by. Guide David talks nonstop, and driver Ovsep adds something if he knows it 😆. It was my birthday on this trip, and the excursion started with the song “Pust’ begut neuklyuzhe...” The whole bus joined in—it was so touching, I was moved to tears! Thank you, guys!

I recommend the tour operator! Especially the team of David and Ovesep!

David is an absolute gem!!!! Everything was so interesting, respectful, and courteous. He really did his best to lay out the history for us, piece by piece... huge thanks to him. Mavrik is also a wonderful driver! We never experienced even the slightest discomfort! Thank you for taking all our wishes into account and treating each very demanding client as an individual. I’ve already recommended you and your tour company to everyone I possibly could—and even those I couldn’t))))) so watch out.

Armenia is beautiful. Mountains, clean air, and hospitable people. It’s not enough just to come to Yerevan; you need to see the country’s other beauties too. The Yur-servis company and its wonderful tour guides can help with that.

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME IN ARMENIA. I WAS STRUCK BY THE WARMTH, SINCERITY AND LOVE FOR RUSSIANS, FOR RUSSIA. IT WASN’T UNCOMMON TO HEAR, “I SERVED IN RUSSIA!”, “I TRAVELED BY TRAIN ALONG LAKE BAIKAL!”, “I HAVE FRIENDS IN RUSSIA!”—AND PEOPLE WOULD PROUDLY START REMINISCING ABOUT THAT TIME.
HOW LOVELY!
TRAVELING AROUND ARMENIA WITH MY COLLEAGUES, I LEARNED A LOT OF INTERESTING THINGS THANKS TO DAVID. I WAS STRUCK BY THE FACT THAT SO MANY CHURCHES HAVE BEEN RESTORED AND ARE STILL BEING RESTORED TO THIS DAY. THE PEOPLE OF ARMENIA TREAT THEIR HISTORICAL HERITAGE WITH SUCH REVERENCE, EVEN THOUGH SOME CHURCHES HAVE BEEN DESTROYED DOWN TO THEIR FOUNDATIONS. ARMENIA OPENED UP TO ME IN A NEW WAY, WITH BRIGHT COLORS, SCENIC MOUNTAINS, STEEP CLIFFS AND BEAUTIFUL WATERFALLS. THE PEOPLE ARE HUMBLE AND OPEN, AND READY TO HELP. IT’S WONDERFUL THAT YOU CAN SPEAK RUSSIAN—EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS YOU AND WISHES YOU A GOOD HOLIDAY WITH A SMILE. DELICIOUS LUNCHES AND DINNERS AWAITED US EVERY DAY. I WAS STRUCK BY THE VARIETY OF DISHES AND PASTRIES, AND THE DELICIOUS TEAS…. WELCOMING WAITERS, MUSIC.
