Thank you for being such a great team, giving us the best service possible and with the sweetest reception. I have told many of my friends about you all and I hope when they visit Armenia they come by Hyur Service outlet for assistance. You gals with your kind and sweet characters make visitors like and respect Armenia more than ever.

We're all back in Iran now. Everyone has gone about his/her business but, as always, life is beautiful.

So, we’ve now been back from our trip to Armenia for a little over a week.

Looking back, we are completely satisfied, both with the various services provided by Hyur Service and with the welcome we received from the country in general.

-- REGARDING THE ORGANIZATION:

First of all, as far as the transfers are concerned. Both on the way there and on the way back, the drivers were on time, despite the somewhat difficult schedules. There’s nothing to add except to thank them once again.

As for the Ani Plaza Hotel: a well-located hotel in the center of Yerevan, with helpful and friendly staff. A generous breakfast buffet. It’s a shame that a number of services, such as access to the swimming pool and the Internet, are subject to a charge, which was not made clear—or was not mentioned at all—on the hotel’s website.

REGARDING THE EXCURSION:

It was the two-day tour to Tatev, with an overnight stay in Sisian.

The tour was exactly what we had hoped for.

The organization was perfect; the guide and driver were very friendly and available whenever needed.

It’s worth noting that the organizers at Hyur Service made sure everyone was comfortable: two very pleasant restaurants, one at the foot of Noravank Monastery, the other at the bottom of the Jermuk resort. As for the hotel in Sisian, there’s nothing to add there either. It’s very good.

REGARDING THE COUNTRY

It’s true that we were impressed by the welcome we received from all the people! in the country, whether in the countryside or in Yerevan.

CONCLUSION

My wife and I would particularly like to thank Anna, who speaks French perfectly, for her availability, kindness and patience.

You contributed greatly to the success of our trip.

We won’t hesitate to spread the word.

Stay in Armenia from May 17 to June 15, 2010

Services provided by Hyur: apartment rental for 5 days when we arrived in Yerevan and again before we left; mobile phone rental; airport transfer.

Everything was impeccable, both in our communications beforehand (by email and phone) and while we were there. We were always welcomed kindly, with a smile, and everything was done to make sure we were completely satisfied as quickly as possible. Also, being able to speak French makes things easier.
