We visited you in April and booked several excursions.
The whole family absolutely loved everything. What an amazing country—we had such an interesting time. The places are so beautiful.

Your company works wonderfully.

My 6-year-old son has simply fallen in love with Armenia, and now he has an Armenian flag on his desk. He keeps reminiscing about our trip and has also learned quite a bit about cognac ;) Thank you for the tour of the cognac factory!

I hope to visit you again in the foreseeable future.

I want to say a personal thank-you to you, and a huge thank-you to the Company as a whole and its employees, for organizing and running the tour (from my very first inquiry right through to saying goodbye at the airport). And even for the excellent weather.

I liked everything, both the hotel and the excursion program. The hotel is very cozy, quiet and clean; the room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. I won’t even mention the location—you couldn’t imagine anywhere more central or convenient. Very close by there’s a really nice café (Soni recommended it to me) which is called “Yozhik” in Russian, translated from Armenian. The food is delicious, home-style and absolutely inexpensive.

There is one tiny downside to the hotel’s food, but it didn’t matter much to me because, first of all, I’m not fussy about food, and secondly, the main thing for me in the morning is to have coffee. The downside is that sometimes the food looked as though it had been prepared the day before, or perhaps was left over from dinner. So if someone is more particular about quality, they might not be entirely satisfied. But overall, if anyone asks my advice, I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

And how happy I am with my companions (Soni and Vardan-jan) on the excursions ... I felt so comfortable, relaxed and interested when I was with them. They helped with everything they could. They suggested where it was best to stop to enjoy the views and take photos, where to buy what, and where to order lunch. Soni even helped me physically, supporting me when I had trouble going up or down the stairs. All in all, they are both simply wonderful; I was even sad to say goodbye.

Please pass on my huge thanks to both Soni and Vardan-jan. I’ll remember them very fondly.

after having succesfully finished our tour in Armenia and arriving back to Prague, let me to thank you for excellent service that you (and Hyur) provided to our group. We were 5 couple to decide to Visit our mail land Armenia, It took us 3 year to prepare ourselves to be there together. Finlay we made.

We find Hyur service from internet, They are a team you can not imagine, when ever you write something next morning answer is in your computer. Always helpful and explain every single issues.

We stayed 15 days House #358 what ever we saw the pictures from internet are same. From the first minute to take us from Airport to last minute, delivering us to Airport, they were always with us with everything included Internet services. all wonderful.

I would like to special thank you to our driver Mr. Rubig Margarian (Rupen Ahparik) and our tour guide Sona Abrahamyan (Beutifull Sona) you guys are wonderfull, Hyur service must be proud with you.
Last to least. any one want to visit to Armenia, if they think, we do not speak Armenian, or how I can do it is very difficult.

During the months of May through to October 2010 our company had staff in Yerevan working on the newly built international airport. These staff numbers ranged from 4 up to 16 and changed quite frequently during our stay. Our accommodation requirements therefore changed and we could never be specific in advance to book.

Hyur Service and in particular Anahit Karapetyan were extremely helpful and always managed to find us suitable accommodation. During our stay we had 2 - 4 bedroom apartments, a house, sole use of a 7 bed hotel and on odd occassions short stay bookings at the larger hotels.

I must admit I did not know anything about Armenia before this business trip but now that i have been there I have nothing but praise for it. The people are very friendly. Once you get out into the countryside it is very scenic. Language can be a bit of a problem. However, just stop one of the girls (they say they are the prettiest in the world and I wouldn't disagree) and they generally can speak English.
