Used hyur service on visit to Armenia last September. Excellent and efficient service. The Villa Delenda accommodation recommended by hyur was one of the nicest places we have stayed. All in all excellent service including taxi to airport for early morning flight

We traveled around Armenia with colleagues (10 people) in December 2010, using the services of Hyur Service. We really liked the pleasantly un-Soviet service: the staff promptly offered accommodation options and changed the excursion schedule to suit our wishes, and the airport pickup and check-in were handled very efficiently and without delays. We traveled in a very good, new bus with a wonderful, very friendly driver. They even offered us water during a day trip, which pleasantly surprised and delighted us =) I’d especially like to thank our guide (unfortunately, we can’t remember her name): an outstanding professional, with a real ability to hold an audience, an excellent knowledge of the subject (historical and ethnographic insights), and clear, vivid speech... Our tour ended with a storm of applause and heartfelt expressions of gratitude for the wonderful time we spent in the beautiful country of Armenia.

It was my lifelong dream to visit the land of my roots. My wife and I finally realized it with our 10-day stay at the beautiful Armenia Marriott Hotel. We want to thank you all for booking the hotel for us in advance and for arranging the tour excursions to the monumental sites we visited with your help. The hotel room matched if not exceeded our expectations. As requested, it had indeed a formidable view of Mount Ararat, plus it was on uppermost floor for better view. Thank you very much. The excursions by Hyur were very well organized and we were very fulfilled and satisfied with the professionalism your tour guides (like Elizabeth) and drivers (like Vartan) executed their functions so formidably.

Your professionalism and quality of services should be an example to others practicing equivalent type services, in order to satisfy all tourists and help lead Armenia for better tourism attraction.

I am very glad having contacted you before our trip and I can't see us returning to Armenia without Hyur's services. I have already said this to my friends. Please keep well as we shall need you again in the future. I am looking forward to contacting you again in the future when we'll hopefully be able to visit my Hairenik again.

First of all, thank you for your good wishes, which remind me of the wonderful stay I had in Armenia last September. In turn, I’d like to send you my best wishes and hope we’ll meet again one day!
The apartment I had chosen wasn’t available (because of plumbing problems, I think), but the one offered to me instead for the same price seemed even better... well located and perfectly fine in every respect. The driver who provided the transfer was very welcoming, as was everyone at the Hyur Service office.
The 3 excursions I took part in were well organized, and the guides were knowledgeable. The only minor downside, in my opinion: too little time set aside for the cultural visits themselves compared to the time spent in restaurants and on semi-commercial visits, such as a stop at a wine producer, for example...
