Путешествовали с коллегами(10 чел) по Армении в декабре 2010, пользуясь услугами Hyur Service. Очень понравилось приятно-несоветский сервис: сотрудники оперативно предалагали варианты размещения и меняли график экскурсий в соответствии с нашими пожеланиями, встреча в аэропорту и расселение произошла очень четко и без задержек. Мы катались на очень хорошем, новом автобусе с прекрасным, очень доброжелательным водителем, нам даже предложили воды во время дневной экскурсии, что приятно удивило и порадовало =) Отдельное спасибо хотелось бы сказать нашему гиду (к сожалению, не помним ее имени): потрясающий профессионали- умение владеть аудиторией, прекрасное знание материала (исторические и этно-познавательные экскурсы), грамотная и образная речь...наш тур закончился бурей апплодисментов и искренними выражениями признательности за чудесно проведенное время в прекрасной стране Армении.

It was my lifelong dream to visit the land of my roots. My wife and I finally realized it with our 10-day stay at the beautiful Armenia Marriott Hotel. We want to thank you all for booking the hotel for us in advance and for arranging the tour excursions to the monumental sites we visited with your help. The hotel room matched if not exceeded our expectations. As requested, it had indeed a formidable view of Mount Ararat, plus it was on uppermost floor for better view. Thank you very much. The excursions by Hyur were very well organized and we were very fulfilled and satisfied with the professionalism your tour guides (like Elizabeth) and drivers (like Vartan) executed their functions so formidably.

Your professionalism and quality of services should be an example to others practicing equivalent type services, in order to satisfy all tourists and help lead Armenia for better tourism attraction.

I am very glad having contacted you before our trip and I can't see us returning to Armenia without Hyur's services. I have already said this to my friends. Please keep well as we shall need you again in the future. I am looking forward to contacting you again in the future when we'll hopefully be able to visit my Hairenik again.

Une très très bonne année à toute l'équipe de HYUR SERVICE.

J'ai eu l'occasion en avril dernier de faire plusieurs tours proposés par cette agence. Tout était parfait : l'accueil, le professionalisme, la gentillesse, la qualité des prestations et les prix, tout à fait raisonnables. C'est vraiment une agence à recommander si vous venez visiter ce merveilleux pays qu'est l'Arménie.

Merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait durant notre séjour du 14 mai au 30 mai 2010 et à la disponibilité de nos chauffeurs très sympathiques qui nous ont fait découvrir l'Arménie dans de bonnes conditions et mme quelquefois dans une situation délicate (glissement de terrain notamment au lac tranquille)

Bonjour,

Merci tout d'abord pour vos bons voeux qui me rappellent l'excellent séjour passé en Arménie en septembre dernier. A mon tour de vous adresser les miens en souhaitant nous revoir un jour!
L'appartement que j'avais choisi n'était pas disponible (à cause de problèmes de plomberie, je crois), mais celui qui m'a été offert à la place pour le meme prix semblait encore meilleur...bien situé et correct en tous points. Très bon accueil du chauffeur assurant le transfert, ainsi qu'au bureau de Hyur Service.
Les 3 excursions auxquelles j'ai participé étaient bien organisées et les guides compétents. Seul petit bémol à mon gout: le temps insuffisant réservé aux visites culturelles proprement dites par rapport au temps passé dans les restaurants et les visites à caractère semi-commercial comme l'arret chez un producteur de vin, par exemple...
