Hi Nina,

My wife and I just wrapped up a 10-day private tour arranged by Hyur Service. We were totally impressed by the professionalism shown by the employees of the company, from Nina, who was my contact person and who set up the itinerary according to my interests (mainly archaeology); Alla, our fantastic English-speaking guide whose knowledge and enthusiasm made this one of the most memorable trips of our lives; and Vartan, our driver who navigated us around some pretty serious potholes without mishap. We recommend using Hyur without hesitation. Some tips: stay at Villa Delenda in Yerevan- wonderful rooms (especially Erebuni or Ani), great breakfast, wonderful people, good value and central location; eat ponchik (cream-filled beignets) at Grand Candy on Mashtots St, at the foot of the Matenadaran; visit in May or October for optimal weather; and go to all the sites offered by Hyur, especially Garni, Geghard Monastery, Tatev Monastery and Noravank Monastery

Dear Sir or Madam,
We visited Armenia last week and booked accommodation and tours through your company, Hyur Service. Every person with whom we came in contact was thoroughly professional, helpful and friendly. We don't remember the names of the staff in the office who organized accommodation for us (in a very busy time in Yerevan) but they were extremely friendly and efficient. Lilit and the trainee staff who were our tour guides to Khor Virap were knowledgeable and very entertaining. The bus driver, too, drove with care throughout the tour. Anna who organized our two day tour from Yerevan to Tblisi was highly efficient, thorough and very friendly and Levon was an extremely courteous and safe driver and very pleasant company. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days in the car and our night at Nina's B & B in Dilijan.

Good afternoon! Marianna, I’m writing to thank you for your hospitality and for organizing the tour so well! We’d also like to thank our guide Nina and our driver Ruben for working with our difficult group. They did a great job managing the tourists! All the tourists really enjoyed the trip, and it seems that all 14 of them will come back to Armenia, this time with their wives and children. I don’t know when or how, but they’ll come. You could see that everyone was amazed by the welcome they received, what an interesting country Armenia is, how good the service was, and so on.
In short, we achieved our goal together—we were able to show the tourists Armenia and make them fall in love with the country. Thank you so much once again!
Marianna, I just want to apologize for not being able to stop by your office on Monday. After returning from Garni–Geghard, I had to wait a long time at the GOLDEN TULIP hotel for them to sort out the paperwork for accounting, extend some of the rooms, and so on. I came to Yerevan for the Armenia–Russia national team football match.
I booked a hotel and airport transfer through HYUR SERVICE.
Despite peak demand for hotels (Iranian holidays + an influx of football fans), they offered a hotel at a reasonable price.
The airport pickup and ride to the hotel were very professional, prompt, and well-organized. Along the way, the driver gave us a mini tour of Yerevan, pointing out all the places to go and the best routes and ways to get around.
