I want to thank all those working at Hyur Service for making our stay in Yerevan a memorable one. Since our first contact with them via e-mail to choose and book appartments the professionalism was amazing.The appartments were reserved even without paying any deposits. It was too good to be true but it actually was. Meeting the group at the airport and transporting us to hotels/appartments was done very smoothly.Our appartment on Mashtotz Avenue was superb, clean, spacious and fitted with all the necessary electric appliances. Our introduction to Armenia began with forum posts and Hyur Service. If reading the posts left us with lots of questions, contacting the company gave us the information we needed and made us want to book tickets to Yerevan as soon as possible.

All you have to do is write an email and ask a question, and you’ll get a reply from an operator very quickly. In our case, that was Marianna. She listened carefully to our wishes, suggested interesting options, and advised us on what to look out for while traveling in Armenia. Thank you!

Over ten days, we traveled along many roads in this magnificent republic, saw many sights, enjoyed our vacation, and NOT ONCE had to think about the arrangements. The hotels were exactly as agreed, with no mix-ups or mishaps whatsoever!

Clear, straightforward, easy to understand, and pleasant. That’s exactly how we’d describe our experience with Hyur Service.

We found your company through internet searches and by reading reviews on forums. Since we were going to spend almost a month in the republic with an individual itinerary, we were worried when we contacted the company’s specialists. Our worries were unfounded. Replies to our emails came promptly, and everything was very constructive and well thought out. We were met at the airport and taken to the house we had chosen in advance. Any little issue that came up was taken care of by the company’s staff right away. Thank you so much! Huge thanks to the wonderful driver Norik, with whom we made a magical trip to Artsakh!
