Good afternoon!
We spent a long time choosing a company that offers tours around Armenia. Hyur service had the lowest prices and the widest selection. For six days in a row, we were out on tours from morning till evening, and we were absolutely delighted with both Armenia and Hyur service. The women in the office speak both Russian and English very well, are very attentive, and help with everything. The drivers and tour guides were simply amazing. We had two tours with Ani Oganesyan, and she told us so many interesting things. A huge, huge thank-you to her, and of course to our already beloved driver, Simon. We’ll definitely come again, and of course we’ll use only Hyur service.

We utilized Hyuer Agency services during our visit to Yerevan last summer and we could have not been more satisfied with them.

We live in the Los Angeles, California and we rented an apartment in Yerevan and also transportation from airport to the apartment and vice-versa through Hyuer's website. Initially I was skeptical about dealing with an organization 6000 miles away which required no deposit or a credit card number to honor the reservation. But to our peasant surprise, somebody was holding our name at Zevartnotz Airport when we arrived to Yerevan and took us to our apartment. The apartment had two bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom. It was located very close to the Northern Avenue, right in the center of Yerevan. We paid about the third of the cost of a decent hotel room. They had maid service twice a week and they promptly replaced the missing items in the apartment.

Our contact was an extremely nice young lady named Mariam Harutunyan who was very responsive to our "millions" of questions. We actually had 10 to 12 email correspondences between us during our communications. I rarely encountered such a service from any travel agency here in the States.

The only odd thing about the apartment was the second bedroom. It was extremely small, barley accommodating a single bed. In fact, it seemed it was a balcony which was enclosed and converted to a bedroom. But my daughter was happy to have her own room and that worked out well also.

I highly recommend the Hyuer services.
