We’re already back in Ukraine after six wonderful days spent in your country.

Our group is thrilled with the trip! First of all, I’d like to thank you and your colleagues—Gor and the drivers Araik and Suren—for their professional and very warm attitude toward our group! Thanks in large part to them, we have the fondest memories of the trip, your people, and a truly great country. Araik and Suren are pro drivers, always happy to add to Gor’s commentary when the opportunity arises-). Unlike most of the other guides we’ve encountered in other countries, Gor does his job with tremendous enthusiasm and is always in a good mood! I really like the way he presents information: he doesn’t overwhelm us with dates and unnecessary statistics, but always has his own perspective and assessment. He’s wonderfully knowledgeable, and not just about “all things Armenian.” Take it from me—a geographer by education, who’s traveled to 68 countries and has experience working at a travel agency-))).

Our vacation in Armenia has now come to fruition. We all want to say that it truly DID, because we absolutely loved everything we saw, heard, learned, tasted and smelled in your wonderful country. In Yerevan and on all our trips around the country...

Your company played a very important part in this, and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who looked after us during these wonderful days.

Thank you to your guides, Armine and David. It was a real pleasure talking with them, both as people and as professionals. Please pass on our gratitude and our best wishes for success in what is, all things considered, not an easy job. They are very different, but both are wonderful.

Your company has wonderful drivers—Levon and Serzhik. I’ll say again, just like the guides, they are both wonderful people and professionals. I admit I’m always a little nervous in a car, but with them I felt completely safe. I think the others in our group will agree. And not only are they both excellent drivers, they’re also interesting conversationalists and charming people. Please pass on our thanks to them, too.

And finally, we’d like to commend the excellent work of the whole company. Not a single schedule hiccup; everything was always on time. I’m only afraid your team didn’t always get home on time, since we’re a curious bunch and often stopped somewhere outside the program to ask questions, look around, take photos... They never refused. Once again, thank you all, and please forgive us if we put you through a bit too much with our requests.

I hope we’ll visit Armenia again and again (believe me, we have plenty to compare it with—we’re all fairly seasoned travelers), and if we do, we’ll definitely get in touch with your company.

My wife and I would like to thank you and the team at Hyur Service for making our stay in Armenia so enjoyable. Firstly for you getting it all organized and secondly for Alex and Mary being such great company during our tour around. Please pass on our thanks to Alex for the care he took and for the very safe way he drove us all around. We would also like to thank Mary for the excellent way she kept us well informed of all the exciting places we visited and to both of them for such good company during our stay. Everything was so well organized and just slotted into place from the time we were picked up from the Airport to the time we were dropped off again.
