We had three private tours with Hyur Service and all were excellent value compared to other private tours we have done elsewhere.

Each trip we had different guides all of which were very knowledgeable about the locations and sights we saw. Transport was also reasonable considering the price of the tours.

We did the following tours:
- Lake Sevan,Diliyan and Gahsavank
- Khor Virap, Areni winery, Noravank and Jermuk
- Yerevan city tour.

We would recommend Hyur Service to anyone considering tours in Armenia.

after our return to Berlin we want to tell you, that we were very content with your agency and the organization of our toru. We had a competent guide (Rita) and a good driver (Alek). The drivers of the day tours were alwys on time too. We had a very good journey.

I am back from my 3rd trip to Armenia for this summer of 2014, and all of them were lovingly/carefully handled by your dear company. I would like to convey my gratitude and thanks to dear Nina Daduryan, to have been accompanying me all through my journey preparing all these trips, she is well qualified & involved in her job, making the best of the guests demands.

Special thanks and gratitude goes to all the drivers i had contact with during my 3 trips. Armen Arustamian (he is a brother and guide, before being a driver). Hovsep Chalikian, Araig Krikorian, Mayis (Artavazd Levonyan) & Azko Karapetyan, they are all devoted to their job, and being in their company makes the guest feel really in "Home Sweet Home". Even my Arab guests loved all the drivers, if they could speak Armenian, they would make their voice heard, and express their gratitude.

Special thanks to Arthur Margaryan, i know he is arranging all this transportation services, which is quite efficiently handled. I would like to thank also Serob Avedissian and Tigran Shahmuradyan for helping us with our apartment issues.

And last, I know MY ARMENIA is SUPER charming! But the challenge goes to the way we present her to the visiting guests! This is where Hyur Service's part involves. My guests were very much impressed by your company's services. In this regard, I would like to say thanks to all Hyur Service company members, i know this is a team-work. I’m leaving Yerevan with a slight taste of bitterness and sadness. That’s always how it is when a vacation turns out well.

Thank you to your company, starting from the moment I began looking for tour options online. You were the first to respond to my inquiries to tour companies (the others simply didn’t reply). Of course, now I would organize the trip a little differently: I’d choose an option with a longer visit to Sevan, and set aside some days for relaxing and exploring on my own. Luckily, you offer lots of options in terms of both places and days of the week.

Thank you to everyone I met over these days — the guides Irina, the two Lilits, one cheerful and smiling, the other serious and strict, Ani jan, as Armenians from all over the world affectionately called her in our group on the trip to Artsakh, and Meri, who introduced me to Sevan and Dilijan.
Thank you to the driver Armen, with whom I happened to travel for six days, for driving so smoothly along the dizzying mountain roads of Artsakh and Dilijan.

Thank you to all the other staff, who work behind the scenes to make traveling around your wonderful country comfortable and enjoyable. At last, I’ve learned to recognize many letters of your alphabet and learned the complicated word “thank you” :-) I’ll recommend you to everyone, and if I visit Armenia again, I’ll definitely use your services.
