Thank you for the professional management of our stay in Armenia.

Everything was very well organized and we had had a wonderful careless holidays, without any negative surprises. Also many thanks to our drivers for their positive attitude and especially for our guide Mary for her deep knowledge, professionalism and patience for our group.

Maybe the number of stairs to climb our apartment was too big, but all in all it did very good to our physical condition :)

Once again thanks a lot and, everybody please do not hesitate to use hyur services.

We went to Armenia with a friend over the May holidays and booked our excursions in advance: Tatev, Lake Sevan, Gyumri, and Khor Virap.

All the excursions were wonderful. We’re especially grateful to Lilit for the trip to Tatev. We had some force majeure circumstances involving the bus and the weather, but Lilit handled the situation. Many thanks to her and the whole agency.

We visited Yerevan and Armenia for the first time. We didn’t have much time, so we chose what we thought was most important.
On November 2, 2014, we went to Etchmiadzin and the surrounding area with the magnificent guide Iren, and on November 3, 2014, we visited Garni and Geghard with the young and lovely Lilit Sahakyan. :-)

Iren impressed us with the depth of her knowledge, her wisdom, and her inner strength, while the beautiful Lilit impressed us with how masterfully she conducted the tour in two languages (out of 47 people, two turned out to be English-speaking) and sorted out a ridiculous conflict. :-)

We’d also like to thank our drivers and all the other staff (managers, administrators, programmers, etc.) who make Yur Service rightly considered the best. :-)
