We visited Armenia from April 10 to 12 as a family of four.
Over two days, on a private tour, we explored Yerevan’s sights and visited the temples of Etchmiadzin, Geghard and Garni. Of course, in our free time we strolled around the city and had lunch and dinner at restaurants and taverns. We thoroughly enjoyed how the tours were organized—the information, comfort and atmosphere—and spending time with our wonderful guide, Irina, and our professional, caring minibus driver, Leva. Everything was interesting, unusual, warm and welcoming.

We learned a lot about Armenia, its history and its people, and received very useful tips and recommendations. All our additional requests were accommodated, and we never felt tired despite the long drives. Most importantly, we truly experienced the hospitality and kindness of the people we met: our companions from Hyur Service, the staff at the Hyatt Place Yerevan hotel, and everyone we interacted with during our trip.

Hi everyone!
My wife and I were there from 22–29.03.2015 on the “Vsya Armeniya za nedelyu” tour. Everything was fantastic and top-notch. Since it was the off-season, all the excursions were practically private, which was of course great. Other perks of that time of year were no insects and snow-covered mountains. We were lucky with the weather too. We came away with tons of memories and emotions, photos and videos.
Special thanks to our guide, Armine, who became almost like family to us over the course of that week. And also to our driver, Ovsep. I recommend Yur to everyone!

Thank you for the professional management of our stay in Armenia.

Everything was very well organized and we had had a wonderful careless holidays, without any negative surprises. Also many thanks to our drivers for their positive attitude and especially for our guide Mary for her deep knowledge, professionalism and patience for our group.

Maybe the number of stairs to climb our apartment was too big, but all in all it did very good to our physical condition :)

We went to Armenia with a friend over the May holidays and booked our excursions in advance: Tatev, Lake Sevan, Gyumri, and Khor Virap.

All the excursions were wonderful. We’re especially grateful to Lilit for the trip to Tatev. We had some force majeure circumstances involving the bus and the weather, but Lilit handled the situation. Many thanks to her and the whole agency.
