I would like to express my gratitude to the entire HyurService team!

I vacationed in Armenia from May 15 to 25, 2016. During that time, I went on 8 trips around your beautiful country.
Everything was professionally organized. The excursions were informative. There was always a friendly atmosphere during the excursions.
I brought back 4,500 photos from these trips. The combination of beautiful landscapes and ancient architecture is mesmerizing!

I would love to come back and see all the other sights of Armenia.
Thank you to everyone on your close-knit team:
- the women working in the office — so helpful and knowledgeable about their work
- the guides, who love their country so much and know the history of their homeland so well
- the drivers, who do their best to make the journeys comfortable.

I’m eager to share my impressions of my trip to Armenia with you and the company’s staff.
I absolutely loved the country, its nature, and the people who live there.
I was very satisfied with the quality of the tours: the places were fascinating, and the tour guides were highly qualified, cultured, and simply charming. The wonderful driver Mkrtich showed great skill driving along the challenging mountain road hairpin bends.
All in all, I’m delighted and very grateful. I’m now telling everyone around me in Moscow about my impressions. And I’m planning to visit Armenia again in September, since I only managed to see some of the wonderful things the country has to offer. My friends and I will definitely use the services of Hyur Service when they come to Armenia.

Only now, a week after returning, have I sat down to write and tell you what a wonderful trip it was and how grateful I am for your excellent work, kindness, and readiness to help at all times.


The house opposite the circus was very cozy, clean, and spacious, and it was a real pleasure to stay there (although I think you could move two beds from the pass-through room on the second floor to the empty room on the third floor so everyone could sleep more peacefully). I really liked that you have a 24-hour support service and that all requests, like asking for a set of bed linen, were taken care of right away—that’s great!

Based on my experience traveling and renting accommodation, I would suggest, if you don’t mind, adding a small welcoming gesture when guests arrive—a plate of fruit or a bottle of wine. It doesn’t cost much, but it always makes a very good impression, although, as I said, we liked everything even without it (and we appreciated the drinking water in the fridge—that’s important).
I would also probably suggest providing one small hand towel in each bathroom right from the start. I have to mention that the bed linen and towels were impeccably clean, which is a huge plus.

Of course, it wasn’t easy to carry out our super-packed itinerary, but we managed it, and it was great—we saw so, so much. The drivers are wonderful—we were with Andronik for just one day, but Levon (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) became like family to us. A wonderful professional, cheerful and easy to talk to.

As for our guide Armine, I simply can’t find the words. Intelligence, refinement, erudition, kindness, and a passionate love for your beautiful country—we couldn’t have wished for a better guide for our first (and, I’m sure, not our last) trip to Armenia. Thank you so much for assigning her to guide us—it truly was a joy to spend time with her, and we learned so much from her that we could never have learned from books.

Once again, many thanks for organizing such a brilliant trip. We will certainly be contacting you again.

- it is nice when the company has its own fleet of new and well maintained buses and minivans; we liked the one provided to us and it was very comfortable for our trip especially when travelling with kids;

- constant attention to our needs - we were very impressed where our call or email would be answered even late in the evening; we felt that you took very good care of us;

- flexibility from your team to our additional requests during our trip and addressing them promptly.

Thank you for your help.
We had a very enjoyable visit to Armenia, a very beautiful country.

I would like to praise Nurik and the driver. Very pleasant to travel with, and attentive to our needs. Tell the manager!

The driver had some problems with the car, but was smart to rearrange the program and get the problem fixed in Goris.

Nurik has good English. (English is my mother tongue) She guided well at the sites, knows her Armenian history, and was able to answer most of our questions.
On Saturday morning she gave us a short walking tour in Goris, which was not planned. This was one of the best parts of the tour!

My advice is to include more of these sort of tours in your programs.
Tourists can also enjoy seeing places that are not so pretty as Goris.
(Sisian was also interesting...we like to see how people live their lives)

The old churches and monasteries are interesting, but we did feel that that we visited too many! Khor Virap, Tatev and Sevan were most interesting, because of the locations.
Maybe Nurik is too interested in the churches!

I hope to visit the caves in Goris, when I come back, and perhaps the village where Nurik grew up.

My regards to Nurik and the driver, and I will definitely recommend Armenia and Hyur to friends.
