I sent my mom and her sister to Armenia for a vacation. They wanted to get away from celebrating her 70th birthday. Based on my own experience, I didn’t want them staying in Yerevan, so I sent them to Jermuk for 8 days.

We decided to give her an individual tour as a gift, so it was a surprise for them that began at Yerevan airport, and even included a bouquet on her birthday :). We chose Hyur Service on the recommendation of friends, who also gave us a list of guides. All week, the company’s staff drove several hours each way to Jermuk to give my family the most interesting excursions.

Everything was clear, well organized, and interesting. There was a small hiccup when the car unexpectedly broke down on the day they arrived (it happens; I felt really sorry for the driver, who was very upset himself), but they quickly provided a replacement and a complimentary extra (on the day they flew home, they took them around Yerevan to do some shopping, absolutely free of charge).

The guide, Rosa, is an incredibly lovely young woman who genuinely loves her country. She gave the tours with warmth and enthusiasm, showing the true hospitality of the Armenian people. My family was very happy. The last driver, who drove them around Yerevan and took them to the airport, also sent some candy for their granddaughter with her grandmother. I was surprised to learn that Russian citizens don’t need an international passport to visit Armenia (at least on arrival); otherwise, I would have sent my dad on vacation too.

I recommend this company’s services.

My first visit to Armenia will alway remain the most memorable experience of my life, thank to Hyur and its professional, Polite, generous and kind staff.
I was mostly impressed by how organized and well prepared the employees, the manager, tour guides and the drivers were, not to forget Armen a real gentleman.
And what can I say about my favorite person in Yerevan, Hayk Harutyunyan, our young intelligent, well educated , a good listener and a funny tour guide. What a impressive young man, who informed us with accuracy, many things about our motherland.

I’m very grateful to all the employees of H_servise for organizing the excursion to Etchmiadzin and Zvartnots, as well as the other excursions! I booked all the excursions online 2–3 weeks in advance. They replied very quickly, and after I made a small deposit, they sent me the schedule for all the excursions with detailed information and the remaining amount due. The women in the office promptly helped me with all my questions.

The excursions started right on time, the buses were comfortable, and water and buns were provided along the way. The guides gave interesting talks about all the sights in three languages—Russian, English, and Armenian.

We were very happy with how the excursions were organized! We’ll choose this company again next time and recommend it to our friends!

Many thanks to our driver Aved. He’s a very pleasant and friendly man. We went to Lake Sevan and the surrounding area, and to Dilijan.

A very enjoyable and memorable trip.

We went on 5 wonderful tours around Armenia with Hyur Service. First and foremost, I’d like to mention how warm and welcoming the staff are. After all, this attitude toward guests is Armenia’s main attraction. HS handles all the arrangements flawlessly. Bottled water and pastries on every trip are a very nice bonus.

The wonderful impression made by HS and its staff prompts me to make a couple of comments. Perhaps they will help the company improve its service even further. Tours conducted in 3 languages at once are tiring, first and foremost for the guide and, unfortunately, for the tourists too. It’s obvious that some of the information gets lost as well. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a single tour of Yerevan itself in the program. The one that includes visits to the Erebuni Museum, the Ararat factory, and a carpet factory can hardly be considered a comprehensive city tour. And, to my surprise and regret, none of the tours includes a visit to the Genocide Museum. In my opinion, this is an oversight on HS’s part.

Otherwise, as I’ve said, my impressions of Hyur Service are very favorable.

I would like to thank you for your service and for your choice to give me Garen Aventisyan as my driver. I would like to congratulate him on his professionalism, good manners and very good english. He was really professional, gentleman and promoted your office in any case. He knows how to treat tourists and make them see anything worth visiting. He was my tour guide at the same time, he is experienced, respectful and never got tired.

I want you to give my regards to him, and thank him for another time on my behalf.
