We recently visited Armenia. We really liked it.

The Ani Plaza hotel is good and very well located. They checked us in as soon as we arrived, without making us wait until three. We paid extra for a late checkout. The tour company had allowed us to stay until three for free, but we paid ourselves to stay until seven in the evening. There’s lots of interesting stuff near the hotel.

We also liked the tour company, Hyur Service, which handled the local arrangements. The buses are very good. The excursions are great—you don’t get tired, and everything is well thought out. We were met and dropped off privately. Four days were quite enough, but we didn’t see everything. We’d like to come back. They said Armenia is lovely in late April and early May, when the apricot trees and everything else are in bloom. And in September–October, during fruit season. But November is wonderful too.

If you haven’t done it yet, or haven’t had the chance, everyone should go to Armenia for an autumn photo shoot in early November))).

All in all, we had a great vacation, no worse than in Europe. Thank you, Hyur Service, for a great vacation!

We went in September. The tour lasted more than 10 hours, but we didn’t even notice!!!

Our guide, Roza, was a polite, cheerful and smart young woman who gave us a really interesting tour, looked after us, fed us buns and gave us chilled water!!!!

Everything was thought through down to the smallest detail: a good bus, water and snacks. Thank you so much!!!!

If I ever visit Armenia again, I’ll definitely use this company’s services.

Hello, I’d like to thank your company from the bottom of my heart for being so responsive and willing to help!

Special thanks to our driver Mavrig (or Pavlik, as we heard it) for not being indifferent. On October 28, our daughter left her phone at Makravank Church, and we only noticed after Lake Sevan. He took it upon himself to find out what had happened and arrange for the phone to be brought to us by another driver. And today, just a day later, on October 29, the phone was delivered to us!

It’s simply a miracle!

And huge thanks as well to driver Avet (Avetik) for bringing us the phone and overcoming all the difficulties along the way!!!!!

Dear hyur service,

It is two weeks since my return back to Israel from Armenia and i feel that i want more.

I enjoyed my travel to Armenia and to you i need to thank a lot.

Such a skilled team of drivers and guides that made my Armenia experience Awesome.
Especially I would like to thank Karine & Rouben with whom I have travelled to Artsakh (such an Amazing tour).

Sadly, I did not see that you Include Tsitsernakaberd in your tour and as Israeli Jew who knows what a Holocaust is that was a must see site. eventually I took a taxi from the Republic square.

I also want to thank you for assisting me in Locating rooms in Hotels in Yerevan and booking them for me. both the Minotel Barsam suites and Aviatrans are very good hotels and the price is affordable.
Last but not least i would like to thank you for arranging my transfers from and to the Airport.

Since my arrival here People ask me how did i manage alone in Armenia.

My answer is quiet simple HYURSERVICE and of course the armenian people.
