We visited Armenia a group of 9 people and we took a house you have in your service.

I must say that we were more than pleased with the house and with your professional service. The house was more than we expected. It was very comfortable and its location is a plus. We really enjoyed staying there. We loved it! You have a very kind and professional staff that we met the day we arrived and the day we left. A small remark about the cleaning service is that they did not clean the floor well.

Thumbs up and if we come back for sure we will take the same house. It is amazing! We highly recommend it!

We were in Yerevan from 30.12.17 to 05.01.18.

We used your company’s services (30.12.16 - 04.01.18). We had a private tour.
On 30.12.17, Norik gave us a sightseeing tour of Yerevan. He made stops and gave us the opportunity to take photos.

We loved everything!!! Norik and Garik are wonderful, helpful drivers. Many thanks to them. We were with a child (11 years old). At the beginning, he left his phone on the bus, and later his glove. The drivers returned both safely!!!

MARIAM... We really liked her. She told us interesting stories and pointed out the sights along the way.
She gave us time to look around the places we visited on our own (after her explanations) and take photos.
I think we even became friends with her during our tours.
Keep it up!!!

P.S. I ask the company’s management to consider giving the above-mentioned employees (Mariam, Norik, Garik) a bonus.

Huge thanks to guide Anechka anahitakhoyan and driver Lyova! We spent 4 days in Armenia over the New Year holidays, and devoted 3 of them to excursions.

We decided there was no point in just renting a car when we could book a tour with a private guide and driver. Of course, you can read Wikipedia and other sources, but it’s unlikely anything can replace face-to-face interaction—especially since our guide is an erudite young woman who speaks Armenian, Russian, English, and French fluently. She helped us with absolutely everything; after all, it’s much more comfortable to get around with a local.

We took 3 excursions: a sightseeing tour of Yerevan, Garni-Geghard-Lake Sevan, and Khor Virap-Areni-Noravank-Jermuk. That was enough to fall in love with Armenia and its difficult but proud history.

I’ve never encountered such hospitality anywhere in the world. I definitely recommend it.

We were in Yerevan in January. On our first day there, we were dismayed by the winter lull in the sightseeing and theater scene. Only private drivers (who were also guides) were actively offering their services. But we wanted to be sure the information was historically accurate. And, as always, the internet came to the rescue. Thank you, friends, for your reviews of Hyur Service!

The company’s staff explained how to find the places we were interested in around Yerevan and marked them on a map. They told us about the trips they had planned. Unfortunately, there were only three in mid-January. But all three excursions were wonderful: good minibuses, professional drivers, delicious buns...

Special thanks to our guide, Hayk Arutyunyan. An excellent education, fascinating storytelling, courteous manner, and attentiveness to all the visitors’ questions.

I really enjoyed the tour, especially the guide, Kristina! She’s a true treasure trove of knowledge, and it was incredibly interesting and informative. We saw Mount Ararat on this tour. We’ve seen many mountains and mountain ranges before, and even skied there. But Mount Ararat is a force of nature!!!

I recommend this tour to everyone.
