To be honest me and my friends were so impressed by your services! :) It was a really great experience.. The staff were so friendly and v. kind too.. Everything was so great!

We just reserved our apartment by email and when we arrived there the driver was already waiting for us in the airport! how cool..

I would like to thank you all for your great service and tour guidance. At my second journey to Hayastan in July/August 2009 I accessed an apartment and took part in the day tour to Aruch/Gyumri/Marmashen/Harich and the three day tour to Artsakh. Again I made great experiences in my most beloved country. Many thanks to Lusine (Luiza), Elizabeth and especially Sona and the driver Davit.

We visited Armenia during September 2009. It was our 1st visit to our motherland and we used Hyur Service for renting an appartment & going on tours.

It was really a nice experience that we had in Armenia & if I would repeat it, I would do it again with Hyur Services as they are very professional in their work

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Septembre en Arménie, grâce à la merveilleuse organisation de Hyur service.

Nous remercions très particulièrement Anna qui fut un ange de patience et de compréhension envers des touristes un peu paumés par le manque de connaissance de la langue arménienne.

I travelled to Yerevan from London in August 2009 with two of my kids (10 and 9 y.o.)and Hyur organised that we were met at the airport and then taxied to the hotel called Villa Delenda (also booked via Hyur). Positive points: easy to arrange as the staff were quick to reply to e-mails; our flight was delayed by almost 2 hrs and we landed around 2 am but the gentleman who met us was very pleasant, well mannered and his car was immaculate; at the Villa we were met (that's around 3 am!)by a very pleasant lady who did her best to cheer us up (children were very tired) and made us feel at home. Reminded me of my mother... I was billed the amount of money agreed previously with no extra charges. We overslept the breakfast (time difference plus tiredness) but the staff at the Villa were very flexible and served us excellent (really) breakfast. The Villa itself is an interesting building with nice touch to everything: from collection of books to tastefully furnished dinning room to!
the keramics workshop.
The only negative is lack of any soundproving. Our room was a ground floor large room with rooms above us and below in the basement. Any movements above us or voices from below sounded as though they come from our room: I fell asleep eventually but it did make me feel very uneasy and a shame really as the rest of the experience was very good.
Overall, I'd give 5/5 marks; I'd certainly use Hyur next time I am off to my grandmother in Gyumri.
