Dear "Hyur Service" team,

Thank you very much for the Christmas greetings; we were very pleased to receive them. The holiday is still ahead of you, so I would also like to wish you good health, a few peaceful hours, and happiness in your personal and professional lives.

I would really like to sincerely apologize for forgetting to send you feedback. That’s not like me; I simply didn’t think of it again, partly because I had written to our guide, Saruhi, and our driver right after the trip. Of course, this has a different importance for your company.

So before the end of the year, I would like to share my impressions with you. They may not bring you any new insights, since the trip was perfect for us.
This applies to every aspect of the trip:

The accommodations were typical of the country and were not aimed at five-star luxury; we wanted to get to know the country, not sleep in luxury.
The restaurants and dishes we chose were also typical of the country, so we were able to get a good impression of the country’s customs.
The tour was also planned so that the daily legs were not too long and there was enough time for each of the sights.
However, I must single out the work of our guide, Saruhi, and our driver, Wardan. They both fully accommodated our wishes and did everything to make the vacation a dream come true for us.
We were there during the Pan-Armenian Games in Yerevan. I don’t know whether it would have been possible or not, but perhaps attending a cultural or sporting event might have been an option. Perhaps this would also have been possible in another city. We didn’t feel that anything was missing while we were in Armenia, but afterwards I found myself thinking that current culture had perhaps been a little overlooked compared with the overwhelming history, which Saruhi explained to us perfectly. Saruhi also clearly explained the current political problems to us.

In summary, I can only say once again that everything was perfect. Saruhi and Wardan deserve special mention. You should definitely continue working with both of them.

I wish you a few more peaceful hours with your families or colleagues.

Many thanks again for everything. We will surely remember your country for a long time to come.

Thank you for your holiday wishes. We would also like to take this opportunity to tell you that our trip to Armenia, organized by your team, remains etched in our memories.

Indeed, we could only be delighted by the excellent service provided by all the HYUR staff. This began with Ms. Anna Melkoumian, who organized a complete, tailor-made 14-day trip for us in just 48 hours, during a busy period (the May 28 festivities). The trip went off without a hitch. And it is impossible to forget Baron Norig Gevorgyan and Miss Sona Abrahamian, who accompanied and guided us during the 7 days we spent in the regions; they showered us with attention and kindness, along with exemplary professionalism. The same goes for those who accompanied us from time to time, such as Mr. Vartan and Mr. Levon.

We can say without hesitation that you are a team of professionals who know how to take initiative and adapt to different situations, handling them intelligently.

We are convinced that this level of professionalism could only be achieved thanks to the commitment of your leadership, who have known how to provide the right means to build such an effective team.

We visited Armenia for the first time in October. Thanks in large part to the efforts of Alina Molitvina, Norik Gevorkyan, Rubina Vasilyan and your entire team, who made our week-long tour flawlessly organized, full of experiences and as close as possible to what we wanted, we fell in love with your wonderfully welcoming, beautiful country. In October 11 we stayed 2 weeks in Yerewan in a rented apartment. The apartment was central, well equipped and comfortable.The pick up from the airport and back was good organized. As we did not know anything practical about Armenia, had not met a person who had stayed there, we were really surprised when the agent who took us from the airport gave us maps of the town, brochures of excusions all over the country. So we could choose between three different excursions everyday. The prices were extremely reasonable,the buses were very comfortable and modern equipped, the guide spoke in three different languages and we met interesting people from all over the world. We participated in five excursions and saw a lot of the country.
I am sure we are coming back as we also met lovely local people we have got regular contact with.
We can only give a high recommendation of Hyur Service!

Amazing service! Never expected to find a service of this level in Armenia, everything worked perfectly and all trips were extremely well organized. We took at least 6 day excursions throughout the country this August and every time the service was perfect. Special thanks to Lilit - her commentaries were very insigtful and she was always very welcoming and friendly.

We will definitely come back, this time to go to Tatev and Artsakh, for sure with Hyur Service.

Also the appartment we hired through Hyur Service was very well appointed, clean and bright and was definitely excellent value for money.
