Lori - a place that will take your breath away.
This is a very informative trip. The wonderful guide Eduard did everything to make this journey unforgettable. He told us all about the history and culture of Armenia’s northern region. And the long but very eventful day flew by. Many thanks to our driver Ayk, who safely took us along all the mountain roads. I highly recommend this tour and this crew.

Now that everyone from our "Big Fat Armenian wedding" group is back and after speaking with all the participants, I write to thank and praising Hyur Service and personally you for all you did for this group from the beginning of planning their trip, and until the last day they were in Armenia .
You graciously handled all the changes, requests, issues with the hotel in Yerevan (which I know it is not one of your preferred properties) With your one skilled contact to the hotel - it helped change the communication between hotel staff and our guests.

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
let me express on behalf of the Stefanik Association from Nitra, Slovak Republic, to you our great satisfaction and gratitude. Your travel agency was in charge of our programme during our stay in Armenia, as well as in Georgia. Programme was perfectly and very complexly prepared. Therefore, we had an opportunity to be acquainted with the most important historical, religious and natural sights of both beautiful states of Armenia and Georgia.We appreciate also the opportunity to visit Armenian factories for wine and brandy production -NOY and Areni wine company. Moreover, to see the process of lavash production was a great experience. From the organizational and logistical point of view, travel agency HYUR did an excellent job. In addition to this, guides and all drivers were very kind, careful and supportive, as well as prepared to fulfil every related request from our side. We are first of all, grateful to Alisia Grigoryan, who is indeed one of the best guides whoever we met during our journeys through Europe. Our thanks also go to Melane who guided us from 5th of September, we appreciate her kindness and organisational capacities. In addition, our gratitude and appreciation belongs to our guide in Georgia, indeed he was excellent in the vast historical and religious issues, but we are also grateful to him for willingness to introduce to us the Georgian culinary and winery cultures.
It is also worthwhile to inform you about our satisfaction with the accommodations organised by Areg Balasanzan, who was our contact point for contact with your travel service and he excelently performed.
Here in Slovakia, we warmly will advise your travel agency for travel purposes in Armenia and also in Georgia. I would like to express my immense gratitude to Hyur Service for their professionalism and the pleasure they provided during our stay in Yerevan. I will start first with the apartment they offered us. It was a very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean apartment in the city center. We are extremely pleased with Samvel, the driver for three of the excursions we had booked. He was very polite, calm and told us many stories while we were traveling to the next landmark. Traveling with him was a pleasure. I cannot forget the punctuality of the guys who met us and sent us to the airport, the guys who met us and sent us to and from the apartment, helping us with our luggage. Thank you very much for making our stay in Armenia unforgettable!

We booked a private tour of Khor Virap, Noravank, and the Areni winery, and we were lucky to have David as our guide—a history teacher who speaks Russian beautifully. It was a real pleasure listening to him. We learned so much. The driver, Zaven, was excellent too. One small criticism of “Areni” itself: the tasting was very brief and rather meager, with just 3 wines. The young woman clearly wasn’t a sommelier and quickly left us to move on to the next customers.
But David’s stories and Armenia’s wonderful landscapes will stay with us forever!

Hello! We went on an excursion to Noravank, Khor Virap, and Tatev. David, the guide, speaks so eloquently and describes his homeland and the people’s traditions so vividly—it’s impressive. He really knows his stuff and sticks to facts instead of empty words. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the guide made time for each of us. Armen, the driver, is a very nice person. We’ll recommend your company to all of Abkhazia—expect Abkhazians to come visit!❤️💚🤍

I’d like to express my enormous gratitude to our guide Anahit and driver Araik. They’re true professionals. We had a long trip to Khor Virap, Noravank, and Tatev. Anahit was wonderful. She led the tour in two languages that are foreign to her, and speaks Russian and English fluently and eloquently. It’s incredibly difficult to switch from one language to another each time. I’m so pleasantly impressed!!!!
