We would like to express our enormous gratitude to our guide David and driver Karo for introducing us to Armenia!
We went on excursions around the country for four days in a row, and we became such a close-knit group that it was hard to say goodbye!
David is a very knowledgeable and professional guide—his tours are incredibly informative. He tells things accurately from a historical perspective, but never in a tedious or boring way. With warmth, humor, and genuine care, David introduced us to the country, its traditional way of life, and its national character.

Karo was our driver and an interesting companion throughout all four days of our long trips along snowy, icy roads. His driving was as safe as it gets: no risky maneuvers, dangerous situations, jolts, or sudden braking. The comfortable, confident driving and the clean, new car made our trip unforgettable! Our daughter, who is 6, traveled with us. There was an age-appropriate car seat for her, and I’d like to point out separately (parents will understand) that she didn’t get carsick once—and that depends a lot on the driver and their driving style. She was comfortable too—she slept, looked out the window, and listened to the tour.

Impressions of the agency
We had no problems when booking. You can pay a small deposit on the website with a MIR card, which is very convenient. A child car seat is provided at no extra charge. You can also include lunch in the price when booking, and we highly recommend doing so! All the places we visited really were the best! The food was delicious, and the places were warm, beautiful, and welcoming. We got to fully experience the local cuisine.

Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation! Not a day goes by without us thinking of you and Armenia! We live far from Armenia, but now when we see Armenians on the street, we look at them with great warmth, as if we know them a little. 😀 Thanks to you.

A Perfect Excursion to Dilijan, Sevan, Goshavank and Haghartsin
This excursion was perfect. Visiting Dilijan, Lake Sevan, Goshavank and Haghartsin in one day was wonderfully well organized, offering an ideal balance of nature, culture, history. Each stop was stunning, from the peaceful views of Lake Sevan to the green landscapes of Dilijan and the magical atmosphere of the ancient monasteries.
Special mention goes to our guide, Edward, who was truly exceptional. His deep knowledge of Armenian history, culture and traditions made every place we visited come alive. He shared engaging stories, historical details and local insights with great clarity and enthusiasm, always happy to answer questions and adapt the pace of the tour to the group. His professionalism, friendliness and genuine passion for his country made the experience even more enjoyable.
Equally deserving of praise is our driver, who was extremely skilled, careful and professional throughout the entire journey. The driving was smooth and safe at all times, even on winding mountain roads, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the scenery. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, which contributed greatly to the overall quality of the excursion.
Thanks to the excellent organization, an outstanding guide like Edward and a highly reliable driver, this tour turned out to be an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Armenia and looking for a perfectly run and enriching day trip.

Now we’re home, but we’ve recharged our souls with Armenia’s warmth for the whole year. Thank you to every single resident of this wonderful, welcoming country, young and old. We wish you peace and prosperity.
But we especially want to praise the travel company HyurService. The staff are excellent, qualified, and caring. The excursions and itineraries are fascinating and informative. Thanks to you, we’ve become interested in Armenian literature and music. The company has wonderful managers and drivers, whom you can trust not only with your holiday, but with your life and your children.
The guides at HyurService are true human capital! Treasure them! Meeting David Astroyan left an indelible impression on us—what energy, knowledge, and desire to share with guests he has!
But there is one more person. A ray of Armenian sunshine in our hearts—Anahit Aslanyan. A very warm, responsive, and tactful person, with a broad and varied outlook. She knows not only Armenian culture but Russian culture too, so she easily draws clear parallels in her stories. Our group liked her so much that we asked her to take us on another private tour as well.
We’re sure the other guides at the travel company are top-notch too. So we recommend that everyone use HyurService!

We had a group tour with our work colleagues, 11 of us in total, from December 10 to 14, 2025. We’d like to express our immense gratitude to our driver, Antanesyan Samvel, for his professionalism and warm, friendly attitude. And special thanks to our guide, Asratyan David Garibovich! He’s a wonderful, kind and caring person, a consummate professional with incredible erudition. Traveling with him was comfortable and fascinating. Special thanks for organizing our visit to the Yerevan jazz club—we loved it! All in all, a wonderful country, a beautiful city of Yerevan, and wonderful people! Thanks from our whole group!

We took a lot of tours. We loved everything. The group tours in two languages are a bit challenging, but Manya (the guide) handles them brilliantly. The private tours are an absolute delight! Special respect to guide David and driver Samvel.

We were absolutely delighted with our private tour! Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery,
Garni Canyon Symphony of stones. Our driver, Grigor, was a true professional—he drove very carefully and confidently, and his stories were so interesting that time flew by.
He knows the history and culture of Armenia inside out and shared facts and legends so warmly, as if he were opening up the soul of his country to us.

We went on four unforgettable private tours in Armenia with our guide, David, and driver, Alexander, from October 28 to November 1, 2025.

My children and I came away with nothing but wonderful memories:

1) I was amazed by the unimaginable beauty of this ancient country. The austere ancient monasteries, steeped in religious symbolism and suffering, were deeply moving. The mountains and nature were breathtaking. Dilijan, with its mountain forests, was extraordinary. We saw golden autumn in the literal sense: golden leaves against a bright blue sky, lit up by the sun! The people impressed us too—cultured, decent, cheerful, very kind and hardworking. The architecture is both ancient and magnificent and modern, carrying on ancient traditions with amazing taste and delicacy.

2) David, our guide, is an extraordinarily charismatic person with deep, comprehensive knowledge of Armenia’s history and culture! You can tell that his tours are carefully planned; he presents information in a clear and engaging way, with well-placed humor and touches of poetry and music. I especially want to mention his tact, thoughtfulness, and refinement. David arranged a few lovely surprises for us: on our tour in Dilijan, we stopped at the sweetest little deer sanctuary (it was wonderful!), and on our tour in Gyumri, we rode the Ferris wheel and saw the city from above! We’re sincerely grateful to David and recommend him to everyone!

3) Alexander drove us on all four tours. He’s a true professional, with a calm, confident driving style. After traveling all over Armenia with him, we always felt safe, even on the mountain switchbacks. I should also say that he’s a very warm, kind, and pleasant person, just as tactful and refined as David. We’re deeply grateful to Alexander and recommend him to everyone as a driver!

4) Hyur has a very convenient website where you can plan your tour in detail, with a wide variety of trip formats and destinations. Being able to choose, book, and pay through the website was very important and convenient for me for several reasons. First, we had our itinerary sorted out right away, didn’t waste any time, and got lots of interesting information and unforgettable memories. Second, we included lunch in our tour plans, which turned out to be a great decision—we ate at wonderful restaurants, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Third, it made it easy to plan our travel budget. I recommend Hyur to everyone! Everything at this company is organized really well and reliably, right down to the smallest detail. We’ll definitely visit you again!

I really enjoyed the tour to the ancient pagan temple of Garni and the Symphony of Stones. The guide was awesome and told us a lot about the history of these places and Armenia as a whole. Special thanks to Davit Hasratyan for presenting the information so beautifully.

Good afternoon! We were very pleased with the excursion to Khor Virap, Azat Reservoir, Arni Temple, and Geghard Monastery. The guide tells the stories in a very interesting way and is attentive to all the guests. The views are stunning, and we were lucky with the weather—we saw Ararat through the haze. The delicious lunch included national dishes. I highly recommend it!!!
