The Hotel Booking Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. For Hotel Booking individual Orders (booking of up to 3 rooms) Customer pays 1 night Price of each room. The Customer shall make the Balance Payment on the spot of receiving the Service, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company. In case of cancellation at least 72 hours before check-in, the paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation, changes or no-show, 1 night Price of each room is not refunded to the Customer. In case of group Orders (booking of more than 3 rooms) or on certain occasions the terms of Deposit and Balance Payments, cancellation and modifications are initially discussed and agreed with the Customer, based on the given Order. The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category hotel and/or room in place of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the hotel and/or room as a result of problems arisen in there. If the Customer refuses the offer, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.
