Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
let me express on behalf of the Stefanik Association from Nitra, Slovak Republic, to you our great satisfaction and gratitude. Your travel agency was in charge of our programme during our stay in Armenia, as well as in Georgia. Programme was perfectly and very complexly prepared. Therefore, we had an opportunity to be acquainted with the most important historical, religious and natural sights of both beautiful states of Armenia and Georgia.We appreciate also the opportunity to visit Armenian factories for wine and brandy production -NOY and Areni wine company. Moreover, to see the process of lavash production was a great experience. From the organizational and logistical point of view, travel agency HYUR did an excellent job. In addition to this, guides and all drivers were very kind, careful and supportive, as well as prepared to fulfil every related request from our side. We are first of all, grateful to Alisia Grigoryan, who is indeed one of the best guides whoever we met during our journeys through Europe. Our thanks also go to Melane who guided us from 5th of September, we appreciate her kindness and organisational capacities. In addition, our gratitude and appreciation belongs to our guide in Georgia, indeed he was excellent in the vast historical and religious issues, but we are also grateful to him for willingness to introduce to us the Georgian culinary and winery cultures.
It is also worthwhile to inform you about our satisfaction with the accommodations organised by Areg Balasanzan, who was our contact point for contact with your travel service and he excelently performed.
