My wife and I rented an apartment (through Hyur) for three weeks in Yerevan. We split our time taking day trips to various places (Garni, Geghard, Lake Sevan, Khor Virap, Echmiadzin, etc.) and exploring the capital city. The day trips were led by a Hyur supplied guide who spoke excellent English, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The trips were in a small van with between four and nine passengers. Our questions and small problems were quickly handled by the Hyur staff. We are not Armenian and had no idea of the rich history the country has. We would highly recommend Armenia to anyone who enjoys an interesting vacation of exploration, and would highly recommend Hyur Service to help with that trip.

It was my first time in Armenia and I discovered a worderful country with a lot of History.
Thank you for your great services and help during this period. I took 3 regular tours with you and all were very nice. Special thanks to our guide Laura.
I only have find something to improve concerning the lunch. You maybe can include a standard lunch in all the tours (increasing the price 1000-2000 dram if necessary). A basic menu with salad and meat will be enough for the lunch.

I hope to come again in Armenia and see you.

Being a guest of Hyur Service, its staff and its guides was always a pleasure for us and we enjoyed our time in Armenia very much. They are as well responsible that we fell in love with Armenia and we hope to return one day.

It has been two weeks since we returned safely to our home from the most beautiful country in the world, our home, Armenia, of which we still dream of day and night, talk about our wonderful and very memorable trip to our family, friends here and abroad on the phone. Specially for Hagop which was the first time to visit our homeland. Indeed it left deep impression on both of us specially when we met you and used your services. Words aren\'t enough to express our great appreciations and thanks to you all, you were amazing wonderful, kind and very friendly people of whom we heard about from all tourists whom we met. You made our trips smooth and very enjoyable even when we were going through bad flu we still enjoyed very much the ancient sights and ancient history, we were stunned and learnt a lot from our beautiful, very friendly professional guides Anna and Lilia, our trip would never been such wonderful without you and your profound knowledge of our great ancient Armenia!
n churches (Vanks) we have never seen anything like it. Yet what can we say about our wonderful friend Frunze who is amazing and making us lough, dance, sing in the car while he was driving through the most difficult routes, we really were having lots of fun. Our thanks to handsome and decent Azat who always greeted us with great care, also thanks to Arik and fine young Arthur who promises lots of potential in his future and Sophia whoes work while changing the sheets was so professional, fast and very kneat and very respected kind lady. After all to all of you and to your owners and bosses who made hyurservice available to visitors to Armenia. We enjoyed the beautiful sceeneres and the fresh food, salads tan which I liked most, khorovatz, beautiful sunsine and climate, we feel so good after out return and just want to come back again...We already started recommending your services to many of our friends, indeed we had the honour to have met you through my daughter Ani a!

Here is Hagop dictating to me to write to you that next time to provide us one queen bed not seperate one as we are married for 28 year which he thought that we were separated for a while. In my part I never thought about this while I was there!!!!! I myself really enjoyed having my freedom despite what Hagop says!!!! I think he\"ll make you lough.... we also enjoyed very much our company to Alaverdi with the American pair, Rafik and Zoya while we had Anna and Frunze with us. Finally the very sad moment came when I couldn\\'t help myself crying and felt very emotional leaving all these very memorable precious time behind and cried all the way to Canada. We we wiish you all the very best and please take care of yourselves and your families until we meet again. Keep smiling, you are the best humble friends as we think of you.

Please also thank the sophisticated kind person, Arman, lovely Christina, beautiful natured, Armine and any person that we had contacted and gave us their very best. We just arrived back to Los Angeles. We had a wonderful time in Armenia. What a beautiful country.
Your service was great. Even though we did not have time to do your survey, if you happen to have one on-line we would be more than happy to fill it out. We loved the place you offered us. It was very roomy, comfortable and nice.
We honestly loved your service, there was couple of draw backs like the hot and cold shower that came from different shower heads, also it would have been nice to have couple of non-stick pots or pans. Again this is just a suggestion for the convenience of your other guests. Please do not take it as a criticism, we really got used to things from day one.
Thank you again for your great professional service, you certainly did not let us down with your great service.We have already made a lot of recommendations about your service to our friends. I wish you had a travel agent service. We were not very happy with the people we bought our tickets from. If you have any recommendations we would be happy to work with them for our future use.

We have visited Armenia a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that this is a wonderful country inhabited by very beautiful, open, hospitable people. The places we have been to and the people we have met have exceeded all expectations we had. Hyur Sevice did a great job helping us to plan our trip and to organise a driver and a guide for us, which enabled us to use the time efficiently and to see as many sites as possible during our fairly short stay - thanks to Narine. Laura, our guide, was oustanding; not only she is a very knowledgeable and intelligent person, but she is also very passionate about Armenia, its history and people, and so her clients are getting much more than just a guide to historic sites. She was very helpful and was a very pleasant company too - many thanks, Laura! To summarise - we had a lovely time, lots of very good food and wine, plenty of sunshine, visited absolutely unbelievable places, and have spent time with lovely people. I would recommend a trip to Armenia to anyone who likes travelling and new experiences. And do use Hyur Service - unlike some travel agents, they will help to make the most of the trip!

While visiting beautiful Armenia for two weeks from June 1st to the 15th 2006, I had the pleasure of booking three great day tours with Hyur Service 1-Tsaghkadzor,Dilijan,Haghartsin ect. 2-Lake Sevan ect. 3-Khorvirap, Noravank ect.The natural beauty of Armenia was overwhelming, from the mountains,valleys,rivers,water falls and centuries old churches and the view of The great mount Ararat from all directions was breathtaking. The food especially outside of Yerevan was delicious from Khorvas, Lula-Kebob to great salads made from fresh vegetables,the cheeses the tan and my favorite madzoon which was delicious, I can not forget to mention our great hostess and Tour guide the wonderful Anna with her great knowledge of Armenia,vitality and hospitality made me part of Armenia again. Thank you Anna and thank you Hyur Services I will certainly use your tours again and will recommend it to others GOD BLESS,
