My friend and I booked a tour to Etchmiadzin. Our guides to this treasure trove were our guide, Mikhael, and our driver, Krach. They’re exactly the people you should make a pilgrimage to Armenia’s holy sites with. Mikhael knows a lot about the country’s spiritual culture and the history of the Armenian Apostolic Church. He tells stories as if he’s chatting with friends, sharing his thoughts. We were there on the day commemorating the genocide and were lucky to witness a service attended by the Catholicos. It left a strong impression on us.

We went on an excursion to Lake Sevan and three monasteries. Many thanks to our guide, Gayane! The excursion was packed with activities and very interesting.

We spent five unforgettable days in Armenia on a private tour. We’d especially like to thank our guide, Anaid, and our driver, Grach. Anaid’s love for her country, her knowledge, and the way she shared it made every trip truly special—we literally fell in love with Armenia through her stories. Grach’s tact, calmness, and courteous manner made us feel completely safe and comfortable on the road, which was very important to us. We’d also like to mention the hike with Maks to the 10th-century temple in the nature reserve: with him, we felt absolutely safe and could simply enjoy the nature and atmosphere of this amazing place. We’ll be happy to recommend this kind of trip to our friends, and we’d gladly return to Armenia ourselves.

On March 27, we went on the “Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lavash Baking Master Class, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank Monastery” tour.
The tour was very interesting and informative. Everything was well and clearly organized. Huge thanks to our guide Nina and driver Mavrik. Nina tells stories in English and Russian in such an interesting and lively way—you just want to keep listening)) The minibus was comfortable, and they provided water and delicious gata along the way. Mavrik drove us very carefully along all the mountain roads. We’ll definitely plan some other tours on our next visit.

I am endlessly grateful to all the staff at Hyur Service (the office operators, drivers, and guides) for their professionalism and for the opportunity to get to know Armenia’s distinctive culture and rich history. Over the course of just 4 wonderfully organized excursions (Garni, Geghard, Khor Virap, Etchmiadzin, Lake Sevan, etc.), I was lucky enough to learn so much, see the main natural, cultural, and historical sights with my own eyes, and appreciate the openness, tremendous friendliness, and hospitality of the Armenian people. Special thanks to Hyur Service for the chance to try incredibly delicious national food and wonderful local wines during the tours. I was lucky to have such wonderful people as Arpi, Nina, and Eduard (Hyur Service, please cherish them) as my guides while discovering Armenia—they are true professionals and real patriots. We went on the Khor Virap and Noravank tour. Four lovely ladies had a wonderful day. Everything was well organized and carefully thought out. Special thanks to our guide, David, and our driver, Uncle Leva. Lunch exceeded all expectations.

An excellent tour operator that made our trip around Armenia truly comfortable and memorable.

We took two tours:
09.03 - Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, Geghard Monastery, and a lavash-baking master class.
13.03 - Khor Virap Monastery, Bird's Cave, the winery in Areni, and Noravank Monastery.

Both trips were organized to a very high standard - from the logistics to the atmosphere within the group. I especially want to mention the guides: they’re not just escorts, but true professionals who share Armenia’s history with love and deep knowledge, tell fascinating stories, and make you feel completely immersed in the country’s culture.

Special thanks to the drivers - their work deserves great respect. The mountain roads are challenging, but we felt completely calm and safe. They’re true masters of their craft.

The organization of the tours themselves was especially impressive: water and a light snack were always provided, and everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. At the same time, nobody rushes you - the timing is perfectly planned. There’s plenty of time to explore each place at your own pace, take beautiful photos, and simply enjoy the atmosphere.

Each route was impressive in its own way: from ancient monasteries to natural landscapes and wine tastings - it all left me with vivid, heartwarming memories.

Armenia is an incredibly beautiful, profound, and warm-hearted country. Thanks to this company, I was able to truly connect with its history, culture, and nature.

We would like to express our enormous gratitude to our guide David and driver Karo for introducing us to Armenia!
We went on excursions around the country for four days in a row, and we became such a close-knit group that it was hard to say goodbye!
David is a very knowledgeable and professional guide—his tours are incredibly informative. He tells things accurately from a historical perspective, but never in a tedious or boring way. With warmth, humor, and genuine care, David introduced us to the country, its traditional way of life, and its national character.

Karo was our driver and an interesting companion throughout all four days of our long trips along snowy, icy roads. His driving was as safe as it gets: no risky maneuvers, dangerous situations, jolts, or sudden braking. The comfortable, confident driving and the clean, new car made our trip unforgettable! Our daughter, who is 6, traveled with us. There was an age-appropriate car seat for her, and I’d like to point out separately (parents will understand) that she didn’t get carsick once—and that depends a lot on the driver and their driving style. She was comfortable too—she slept, looked out the window, and listened to the tour.

Impressions of the agency
We had no problems when booking. You can pay a small deposit on the website with a MIR card, which is very convenient. A child car seat is provided at no extra charge. You can also include lunch in the price when booking, and we highly recommend doing so! All the places we visited really were the best! The food was delicious, and the places were warm, beautiful, and welcoming. We got to fully experience the local cuisine.

Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation! Not a day goes by without us thinking of you and Armenia! We live far from Armenia, but now when we see Armenians on the street, we look at them with great warmth, as if we know them a little. 😀 Thanks to you.

A Perfect Excursion to Dilijan, Sevan, Goshavank and Haghartsin
This excursion was perfect. Visiting Dilijan, Lake Sevan, Goshavank and Haghartsin in one day was wonderfully well organized, offering an ideal balance of nature, culture, history. Each stop was stunning, from the peaceful views of Lake Sevan to the green landscapes of Dilijan and the magical atmosphere of the ancient monasteries.
Special mention goes to our guide, Edward, who was truly exceptional. His deep knowledge of Armenian history, culture and traditions made every place we visited come alive. He shared engaging stories, historical details and local insights with great clarity and enthusiasm, always happy to answer questions and adapt the pace of the tour to the group. His professionalism, friendliness and genuine passion for his country made the experience even more enjoyable.
Equally deserving of praise is our driver, who was extremely skilled, careful and professional throughout the entire journey. The driving was smooth and safe at all times, even on winding mountain roads, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the scenery. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, which contributed greatly to the overall quality of the excursion.
Thanks to the excellent organization, an outstanding guide like Edward and a highly reliable driver, this tour turned out to be an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Armenia and looking for a perfectly run and enriching day trip.
