At the end of September, my colleagues and I were in Armenia. We contacted your company to ask you to organize a full-day tour for September 26.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to our guide Kristina and driver Artur for their kindness and help with everything!
We were told about Armenia with such love, and all our questions were answered.
The reality exceeded our expectations. The trip was comfortable and safe, we were taken to the airport on time, and at our request, we even managed to stop by the market!
Without a doubt, on our next visit, we’ll be happy to contact your company again!

I wanted to say thank you for the 2 day trips I took with you, the first to Khor Virap and Noravank and the second to Garni and Geghard. Both excellent, very comfortable buses with bottled water for everyone,plenty of time to wander around and take photos at the locations and a nice lunch stop on the first trip. Very reasonably priced and friendly guides who were clearly knowledgable and proud of Armenia. I would love to return to Armenia and would use your services again without hesitation !

Our trip ended on 24.09.2015 with a visit to Khor Virap, Areni, and Noravank. Our guide Stella won us over and charmed us with her heartfelt love for her country's history, her enthusiasm, and her warmth. We’re glad we ended the tour with the company of such a wonderful professional and person.

My husband and I are now back home after a wonderful holiday in Armenia.

We would both like to thank you for making all the arrangements. We enjoyed our stay in the Ani Plaza Hotel and we also enjoyed all the visits you organised for us. The tours were excellent and the guides very well informed so we learnt a lot about the places we visited.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our tour guide, Stella! She is very friendly, kind, and caring!

On September 24, during our excursion to Khor Virap, she not only gave us a highly professional account of Armenia’s history and the places we visited, but also talked with us about a variety of subjects. She helped me and my wife Alina, who is Armenian, with a question about my wife being baptized in the Apostolic Church. She offered her advice and helped us find a clergyman at Khor Virap. With her help, we were able to ask him several questions about baptism and get his advice and answers. We were deeply moved by this. Stella is not only highly professional, but also a warm-hearted person who is always ready to help!

Good afternoon! Our tourists, Family L. and Family K., have returned. They loved everything, especially the work of your
company! Thank you so much! L. is absolutely delighted; they’ve already started recommending to all their friends that they visit Armenia and
make sure to travel to Nagorno-Karabakh!

Family K. liked everything too, but T.K. gave such a review... that even we
weren’t expecting it. She said she was moved by Armenia’s beauty, its hospitable people and
wonderful cuisine, but when she flew out of Yerevan, she left with very complicated feelings and concerns about the tragic fate of the people, and the knowledge the guides had given them about the Armenian Genocide.

She said that in her life, two terrible events had shaken her to the core: when people were recently burned alive in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa, and what she had now learned about the Armenian Genocide. She said that no greater cruelty in the world could be imagined, and that one absolutely must visit Armenia and pay tribute to the memory of those who died in this nightmare. That’s how deeply the fate of the Armenians touched her.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our two day tour through parts of Armenia on 11 and 12 September. On the first day we were very impressed with Lilit, our guide, for her knowledge and flexibility in being able to modify her explanations to suit our style and interests. She took care to find out what would interest us and adapted the tour accordingly so we had a very interesting day.

Our second day guide, also a Lilit, was very engaging and we were impressed by the detail of her explanations. On both days we gained a much better understanding of Armenia than we would have if we had undertaken the tour without these guides.

We would also like to compliment our two drivers: Artak and Artur, for their careful driving and their preparedness to stop whenever we wished to take photos.

We would certainly recommend Hyur to anyone visiting Armenia.

We were 23 Danish football fans who had planned an excursion, two days before the excursion, announced our original organizer, that they could not cope.

We approached Hyur Service and hughe to 1/2 day was all planned. We were so lucky to get a great guide, Mary.

We were so happy for her that when 8 of us would later order a three-day tour of Armenia, it was a requirement that we would have Mary as guide for us. Luckily for us was our desire fulfilled; and Mary fully lived up to our expectations and more. She was good to come in our group, her way of being, her skills, her knowledge, her genuineness, her honesty (if there was something she did not know she said it directly, and followed up on things later; if we wanted to change the tour program was very accommodating; a guide Hyur Service can be very proud of.

We will certainly return for 2 year and we will definitely use Hyur Service, we were very happy with everything
