My wife and I, along with our friends the Kansabédians, returned to Canada on October 5, 2016, as planned.

The private tour of Artsakh from September 23 to 26, 2016, which you organized for us according to our instructions, went very well.

The transport was comfortable, and Lévon, our driver, was an excellent driver—courteous, discreet, and helpful. He knew the area well. Despite the thick fog and a mechanical problem with the van, he did everything he could to minimize the impact on us: he managed to make sure we followed the itinerary as planned. Lévon accommodated us whenever necessary, for example, stopping to take a picture, etc...

The hotels were good, even though the one in Goris was rustic, which did not prevent us from having a pleasant stay there.

The itinerary was followed as planned, with the exception of the Chaki Falls near Sissian, which we missed due to circumstances beyond our control and Lévon’s. This last visit was replaced by another one whose name I can’t remember at the moment.

The restaurants where we ate were very good.

In short, everything was excellent. Keep up your great work...
