I am now back at home after having spent 11 fantastic days in Armenia. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you for the help you provided me when I was planning my trip and for the professionalism of the guides during the tours.

I have completed reviews in Trip Advisor for all the tours I took but I wanted to send my impressions directly to you. I enjoyed every bit of what I did (tours and hotel) Only one minor negative point: Hin Areni Wine factory, Shaki waterfall, Tatev. This tour was unnecessarily long and tiring. I would eliminate the stop at Hin Areni wine factory in order to save time. Anyway this visit is included in several other tours. (in fact I did it twice and I enjoyed it much more the second time because it included lunch at their restaurant which was very good).

I m writing my to express my outmost satisfaction for the excellent tour guided by Nina and gentle and considerate driving by the driver, sorry could not remember his name.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Arpi, and driver, Mavr, made the trip comfortable, interesting, and engaging. They showed us beautiful places that are iconic landmarks of Armenia. Arni told us fascinating stories about the historical events associated with these places. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We would like to thank Hyur service, our guide Maryam, and our driver Grigory for organizing and leading our private tour to Echmiadzin, Garni, Geghard, and the “Symphony of Stones.” At our request, two tours were essentially combined into one day. The 11-hour tour flew by thanks to Maryam, her extensive knowledge of various aspects of Armenia’s ancient and modern history, and her sincere desire to share that knowledge with tourists. At the end of the tour, on the way back, she was still able to tell us many interesting and useful things for the rest of our independent travels. A huge thank you for the burst of knowledge and inspiration that we carried with us as we continued to explore the wonderful country of Armenia.

I would like to express my special thanks to our guide Akob and driver Arut for the excellent tour, comfortable ride, and interesting stories about the city! We visited YEREVAN RAILWAY STATION, the monument to David of Sasun, Yerevan’s Boulevard Ring, Baghramyan Avenue, Abovyan Street, the Mother Armenia monument, the Alley of Heroes and Glory, the Cascade and A. Tamanyan Street, and many other interesting places , and along the way Akob told us many fascinating stories , the tour took place in a very warm and friendly atmosphere .

I’d like to share my impressions of our trip to Garni, Geghard, and the Symphony of Stones Gorge.

It was an incredibly action-packed and comfortable tour. We saw the majestic ancient Temple of Garni, the unique “Symphony of Stones” in the gorge, and the spiritual Geghard Monastery, carved into the rock.

Special thanks to our guide, David, for his fascinating commentary and personal approach, and to our driver, Ashot, for driving so safely.

I recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see the real Armenia in great company.

Thank you to the Hyur servis team for the positive emotions we got from our private tour from June 5 to 10, 2026. We specifically contacted this company while we were still planning our trip, and they put together a wonderful tour that took our wishes into account. They also recommended hotels in Yerevan and Goris. In Yerevan, we chose the Mandarin and Ani Sentral Inn hotels, and in Goris, we chose the ArMar hotel. Our guide throughout the trip was David Asratyan, and our driver was Grach Andreasyan. The guys did a 5+ job. In just a few days, David told us about Armenia’s history, customs, and culture. We saw so many beautiful places and fell in love with Armenia! A huge thank-you to our guides for that.

On the day we arrived, we had a sightseeing tour of Yerevan by car. Of course, we went up the hill in Aghtanak (Victory) Park to the Mother Armenia monument, which offers the best view of central Yerevan. We visited the Cascade Complex, admired Mount Ararat, and strolled through the streets of Yerevan.

On day two, we visited the ancient Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, and the natural monument called the “Symphony of Stones” gorge.

At the cave temple in Geghard, we enjoyed live acoustic singing! It’s mesmerizing!

Next came a two-day tour that began with visits to the Khor Virap and Noravank monasteries. Then we had a wonderful Armenian home-cooked lunch with traditional drinks—delicious, filling, and full of atmosphere. After lunch, we rode the Wings of Tatev reversible cable car and visited Tatev Monastery. We spent the night in Goris, and the next day we crossed the swinging bridge to the ancient cave town of Khndzoresk. Then, tired but happy, we returned to Yerevan. In the morning, a new trip was waiting for us: Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, the town of Dilijan, and the Goshavank and Haghartsin monastery complexes. Is it worth going? Absolutely—yes! And definitely go with Hour servis. Thank you to your team.

I’d like to express our immense gratitude and heartfelt thanks for organizing the trip for our group of designers from May 15 to 22.
The group was absolutely delighted and came back with so many positive emotions from the trip. They said it turned out to be the best trip ever!
They really enjoyed the tour program and the food, and said everything was delicious.
They really loved Jermuk and didn’t want to leave. They went to the spa and had massages at the hotel.

I’d like to express my gratitude for the tours of Armenia you organized. It wasn’t just a collection of places on a map, but a real immersion in a country with a thousand-year history, vivid landscapes, and warm hospitality.

A special—and biggest—compliment goes to the guides. The information they shared was so interesting and rich that the time on the road flew by. It was living history, interwoven with the present.

Two guides especially made a vivid impression on me.

I’d like to mention Manya (please forgive me if I’ve spelled her name wrong, but that doesn’t make my memory of her any less warm). You can feel her approach in every detail: her deep knowledge, her ability to captivate her listeners, and her understated sense of humor. We explored the local flora together.

And Nina—a guide with incredible energy and tact. Her stories about Gyumri’s traditions, daily life, and culture were lively and full of detail. Nina creates an atmosphere where every participant feels like a welcome guest, not just another tourist in a crowd.

Thank you so much for all your hard work, deep knowledge, and warmth.
