I didn’t misspeak—I mean friends. My wife and I spent four days in Yerevan and just as much time with your company. Our emotions are running high, and the adjectives range from magnificent to delightful! You’re absolutely wonderful; the service is first-class. We were left with the feeling that we’d been visiting very good friends who were sorry to see us go. You know how a good cognac leaves a magnificent aftertaste—you don’t want to wash it down. It was the same with Yerevan: we didn’t want to leave; we wanted to savor it, and savor it some more. And in that cup of emotions, your company was the spoonful of honey. Our deepest gratitude to you for making us fall in love with Armenia.

P.S. I’d also like to add that your drivers are true virtuosos. When we were returning from Tatev, I realized that even with my 40 years of driving experience, I wouldn’t have ventured into the pitch-dark mountain switchbacks, especially on a broken road, with 48 tourists in the vehicle. They deserve a special thank-you! Armenia amazed us.

Our tour began with picking up a map of Yerevan at Zvartnots Airport. Then we visited the HYUR office, where the very friendly girls not only booked our excursions but also gave us information on everything we wanted to know about the city.

On 10.04.2019, we went on a group tour of “Etchmiadzin (Hripsime, Gayane, the Cathedral, the Museum of Treasures of Etchmiadzin), Zvartnots.” Our guide, Samvel, not only told us in detail about the history of these wonderful cathedrals, but also answered many questions from the more knowledgeable members of the group, speaking both languages fluently (Russian and English).

The tour left us with amazing impressions! Thank you, Samvel! I’d also like to thank our driver, Ovsep, for his careful driving and for offering us buns and water along the way! Overall, our whole trip to Armenia turned out to be very positive, informative, and enjoyable!

We, a group of tourists from Moscow, would like to express our sincere gratitude to our guide, Irena, who led the tour on April 5, 2019, along the route Yerevan – Khor Virap – “In Areni” – Noravank, for her erudition and professionalism in delivering an interesting and informative program, and her excellent knowledge of Armenian history.

We would also like to commend the skill and professionalism of Lyova, the driver of our tour vehicle, which were especially evident as he drove through challenging mountainous terrain.

We went on several tours in March. A huge thank you to our guides, Lilit and Anahit!

Our first tour was a sightseeing tour of Yerevan. It included visits to three museums, but since we arrived at the agency’s office after lunch, the girls there arranged a tour for us that included just one museum, changing the itinerary and suggesting an option that worked for our situation. We chose the Tsitsernakaberd Museum.

Our guide was David, who told us about his city with great enthusiasm and showed us its landmarks, including places important to Yerevan at different points in its history (the eternal flame in memory of those who died in the Great Patriotic War). The Mother Armenia monument made a huge impression on us. David told us lots of interesting things about the streets of his city (Tamanyan and Tumanyan)!

We’re very grateful to David for his sincere and friendly attitude toward us and for his high level of professionalism!

The tour was excellently organized!

Everything was top-notch: a comfortable vehicle, an interesting and eventful itinerary, and an amazing guide and driver!
