Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the drivers for your very efficient and friendly service!

We were able to enjoy three tours within our short stay, some of which were arranged at short notice and it was all very stress free and reasonably priced.

As you know, for two of the tours we were in two groups from different hotels and also had our grandma with us who had mobility issues - everything was excellently coordinated and the drivers were all extremely friendly, polite and professional, and made us feel very safe and comfortable!

It is the first time I used Hyur service but will definitely book with you again and will highly recommend to any friends / family visiting Armenia.

Thank you for accommodating us in a day's time. Tsoghik, our guide, was super knowledgable and spoke excellent English. Her explanations were very clear and to the point. She handled every one of our questions easily and with great detail. She really knows her stuff and is a credit to your organization.

Likewise, our driver, Tsolak, was very careful and courteous. He also represented Hyur Service admirably.

They both made today a very informative and successful trip.

Thank you for congratulating us on our anniversary (on July 27, my husband and I celebrated 30 years of marriage!). It was so touching. The excursions were incredibly well organized, the guides were very professional (a special hello and thank-you to Roza), and the drivers were fantastic (on those roads and all...).

Everything was so thoughtfully planned, with heart...
water, buns, Wi-Fi. We realized we’d made the right choice—to celebrate our anniversary by seeing the homeland of our ancestors (my husband’s father and grandfather were from Armenia)!

I would like to express my admiration for my trip to Armenia from 18 to 20 June this year, which is entirely due to the perfect service from Hyur Service.

I would like to thank personally our guide Irina Manukyan and both drivers Karen and Gegham. I am respected by their professionalism. The attention we received from them, made me feel like a very wellcome guest in your country and I would love to come back again.

We spent 4 days in Armenia, 3 of them on excursions. Armenia is a historic country. Thanks to our guide, we learned facts that aren’t written in guidebooks.

Our guide Iren has a wealth of interesting historical facts, which she happily shares in an engaging and accessible way. Unfortunately, we’ll be flying home soon. But we’d love to come back.

A wonderful tour, everything was very well organized, and the organizers were punctual (the bus arrived on time). The guide was fantastic; she spoke with great interest and affection about the places we visited and about the country as a whole—its history and people. It was very interesting and informative. A wealth of vivid impressions and emotions. I definitely recommend both the tour and the company that organized it!
