In October, we went on 4 excursions around Armenia and enjoyed everything so, so much: the guides’ informative stories, the interesting and action-packed itineraries, the amazing nature—everything was just super. The only thing was that the drive back from Tatev was a little tiring because of the mountainous terrain, but it was worth it.

I went on two tours around Armenia and really enjoyed them. The guides were professional and shared lots of interesting information; we always got a full answer to any question. The only thing is, people should be advised to bring warm clothes on the mountain tour, since many don’t realize how much the temperatures can differ. Everything else was perfect: the buses, drivers, guides, and the places we visited.

We went on a wonderful tour to Mount Aragats with the lovely guide Anna and driver Karen. We got to admire the incredibly beautiful scenery and architecture, enjoyed a very tasty lunch, and took part in a gata-baking master class. Thank you to the whole travel agency for your professionalism and excellent organization!

I’d like to thank the guides and drivers at Hyur Service! I went on tours from 17.09.2022 to 24.09.2022, and it was wonderful!!!! I applaud all the PROFESSIONALS!!!! The tours are organized to an exceptionally high professional standard! I’d especially like to mention Syuzanna and David! Their tours are interesting and informative. On 24.09.2022, we went to Tatev, and our bus driver also showed incredible skill (sorry, I didn’t get his name; maybe David can tell me). We took two wonderful private tours with Hyur Service. The first was to the vineyards, including a visit to the ArmAs winery and a tasting without a guide; the second was to Sevan/Dilijan with a guide. We loved both. Today, we went to Khor Virap on our own. We thought we’d get there quickly by taxi and get back just as quickly. There was just one thing we hadn’t considered: it’s difficult to get a taxi back to Yerevan from the monastery. When we realized we were stranded at the foot of Mount Ararat, a bus with the familiar Hyur Service logo pulled into the parking lot. We called the company’s staff, and they quickly solved our problem. These guys really saved us. Special thanks to the bus drivers Armen and Ovsep. First, Armen reassured us and said a taxi was on its way, bringing a tourist who had missed the departure to join the group, and that we could take that taxi back to Yerevan. Then we saw Ovsep! We’d been on the Sevan-Dilijan tour with him before. It was such a warm reunion, as if we were meeting an old friend! Ovsep and Armen even treated us to some wonderful coffee while we waited for the taxi and they waited for their tour group. We’re very grateful to these kind-hearted people. We’ll cherish the wonderful memories and photos.
