Hello! We spent four unforgettable days in Armenia. We saw and learned so many interesting things thanks to our wonderful guide, David. We’d like to express our immense gratitude to him and the drivers for the excursions with Yur Servis on February 25, 26, and 27, 2023. Respectfully, Sergey and Elena.

We were in Yerevan as a group of 9 people on February 23–24, 2023. Many thanks to the company and its staff, namely our guide Mani and drivers Spartak and Khachatur, for the interesting, concise and informative tours of Yerevan and Tsaghkadzor (Kecharis Monastery, cable car – one station), and Lake Sevan (Sevanavank Monastery). We had a whirlwind of positive emotions, a comfortable trip and Armenian treats… Also, many thanks for the sunny, clear weather you arranged for us by making a deal with the heavenly authorities for those days. After such a warm welcome, we want to come back and keep discovering Armenia!

My son and I went on an excursion to Lake Sevan and Sevanavank Monastery, and to Dilijan and the Goshavank and Govatsink monasteries. The excursion was wonderful, both for the beautiful places we visited and for the professionalism of our guide, Arpine. We were impressed by her knowledge, eloquent speech, and friendly, positive attitude toward the tourists. We’re grateful to both Arpine and our driver, Ara, for a comfortable trip along the challenging roads.

Comfortable and cosy Apartment with Balcony.
We booked this apartment through Hyur Services, Armenia.
When we reached at the place, The caretaker was there to receive us with the apartment key. He gave us a small tour about the apartment, it was consisting of a big hall with open kitchen area( with all kitchen equipments), a balcony, a very big washroom and a double bed bedroom. Apartment was very neat and clean. There was enough space for my toddler to play around and the heating was perfect for winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I was able to make food for my toddler everyday.
The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, So at night we could walkout and explore the restaurants nearby.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this apartment.
All the amenities mentioned in the hyur services were working well and good.

We had trip with hyurservice and really happy to choose this company! Staff from the start to the end was so helpful and friendly! Our guide was funny, friendly and we heard about Armenia so much historical facts! Thank you so much we will recommend you 100% quality and price!

I found this tour company completely by chance while walking around Yerevan. And I didn’t regret it for a second.
I went on an excursion to Lake Sevan, Sevanavank Monastery, Dilijan, Goshavank Monastery and Govatsink Monastery. Amazing scenery.,An incredible excursion, thanks to our wonderful guide Yervand. I learned so many interesting and informative things!

Huge thanks to our guide David Asratyan and driver Armen! Our guide David turned the tour of Yerevan into a theatrical performance in which we were active participants! David knows the city and its history inside out, and is both erudite and charismatic. He spoke about Yerevan and Armenia with warmth and love, thoughtfully and with great knowledge. The walking tour and route were perfectly chosen: that combination of a minibus ride and a stroll through the old city is exactly what lets you remember Yerevan and fall in love with it! We’d also like to point out that David was attentive to all our wishes and requests and spent more time with us than planned—a wonderful example of hospitality and professionalism! We recommend that everyone visit Yerevan and choose David Asratyan as their guide!

Good afternoon! Your company’s amazing service impressed me right away. The bottled water and pastries were a lovely touch. The driver, Iosif, is a true professional. Tour guide Yarvan is a pro in his field. He’s incredibly knowledgeable. He answers every follow-up question fully and thoroughly. Excellent language skills. Competence and tolerance. Stunning mountain scenery. Just the way I like it. Canyons, monasteries. You look around 360 degrees and admire the nature and historic monuments.

When you first arrive in a country, your first impression—and who helps shape it—are very important. We were lucky. We arrived in Armenia, in the capital Yerevan, at 7 a.m. and felt a little down at the sight of the dark streets, coffee shops that weren’t open, and the frosty fog. But by 11, when our guide Manya greeted us with a smile, along with our minibus driver Gegham, life felt a little brighter. And we didn’t even notice how five hours of conversation flew by. So professionally and effortlessly, weaving historical facts together with stories from everyday life, Manya told us about the history of Armenia, Geghard Monastery, and Garni Temple. She also answered a thousand of our questions without getting irritated, even when we interrupted her story now and then. And at the end, we were taken to a very good restaurant, where we tried the national dishes, and that gastronomic pleasure rounded off the day.
If you’re in Armenia, find Manya—we can say for sure, you won’t regret it!!!

Good day. We went on an excursion to the monasteries of Khor Virap and Noravank, and the village of Areni. The experience exceeded all my expectations. We weren’t even disappointed when we didn’t see mighty Ararat beside Khor Virap Monastery. But on the way, at the mountain pass, we saw it in all its glory. Our driver Levon, who was very professional, by the way, stopped at a lookout point, and we got some wonderful photos. Visiting Noravank Monastery will remain the most memorable part of our trip. Number one in Armenia, in our opinion. We made a small change to the itinerary, replacing the visit to the winery with a visit to the fortress of the Holy Mother of God in the village of Areni, built by the same architect who took part in the construction of Noravank Monastery. Levon drove us right up to the church—it was a revelation for us. We also saw an ancient cemetery. So beautiful. This church seems to grow right out of the mountain toward the sky. And to top off the trip, we had lunch that Levon had arranged. A special thank-you to Levon for lunch and wine. We spent the rest of the evening wishing you good health. Thank you, Yur Servis. We’ll be back—we still haven’t seen Tatev, but that can be fixed.
