Good afternoon. We would like to express our gratitude to driver Norayr, guide Yervand, and guide David.. We went to Gyumri. All day long, they told us about Armenia. These people really love their work. That's very nice; we learned a lot of new things. And overall, your whole team is very professional. We wish you success.

Thank you to Yur Service and especially the driver, Grigor, for a wonderful trip along the Khor Virap, Noravank, Areni, and Jermuk route. Everything was very well organized. It’s a long trip, but well worth it. So many wonderful impressions. Grigor helped us find our way around, and the lunch stop was five stars. A beautiful spot by a mountain river, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much.

We went on a one-day private tour of Garni–Geghard–Symphony of Stones with our whole family, including our small children, and friends (6 people in a minivan)! We absolutely loved it! Our guide Anna and driver Gokor, thank you for a wonderful day, the fascinating stories, your attentive and caring manner, and the great mood! All the places we visited made a deep impression. A truly ancient culture rich in history, magical nature, and the hospitality you’re met with everywhere... Thank you for all of it! I recommend it! And we’ll definitely go on another tour with Hyur again.

I’d like to thank you for a wonderful excursion: our guide was Aram and our driver was Oganes. We went on April 16, 2023, along the route to Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, and the Garni Gorge Symphony of Stones. Even though we booked the day before, practically in the middle of the night, the agency handled everything efficiently, and the minibus arrived at the hotel 20 minutes before departure. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and even an adult can sit comfortably in the third row (there were five of us, including one child). Aram knows the history of Armenia very well and told us lots of interesting facts in excellent Russian. Everything was very friendly and professional. Traffic at the tourist spots was pretty intense, but our driver Oganes managed to park nearby and in a convenient spot for getting in and out. We especially enjoyed Garni Temple and the Symphony of Stones. I wholeheartedly recommend Aram and Oganes, and Hyur agency overall. They maintain a high standard and put their heart into their work—you can feel it.

Excellent travel agency. Hyur. I recommend it. Wonderful excursions around Armenia. A great variety of routes. I went with a friend in April to Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery. Our wonderful guide, Manya, kept us fascinated all the way with stories about the history and customs of Armenia. We stopped at Charents Arch, where there’s a stunning view of Ararat. Comfortable, new bus; they give you water and a bun for the ride. The driver was a professional and drove carefully, without any crazy maneuvers.

Thanks for the wonderful excursion. It is really worth seeing the beauties of Armenia. Special thanks to the professional guide Samuel, who explained himself to us and answered all our questions. of course nothing would have been realized without the gurney driver. Big thanks !

Thank you to the true professionals, guide Liana and driver Norik. We visited Garni, Geghard, and attended a master class. I’d also like to express my gratitude for the informative tour and safe ride, even though the road wasn’t good everywhere.

I’d like to write a review of our trip to Yerevan from 8.04 to 14.04.2023. We worked with this company and rented an apartment for four people. The four-room apartment was spacious and cozy for us, and the price per person was lower than if we’d rented four single rooms in a hotel. A hotel would have cost us 25–30 thousand, while the apartment came to 15 thousand per person. The staff cleaned the apartment, and whenever we asked for help with problems with the TV or Wi-Fi, someone would come within half an hour and sort things out. We even used the washing machine in the apartment once.

We also booked a transfer and three excursions from Moscow. Our guide, Nina Balayan, worked with us throughout. I’d like to mention her professionalism, kindness, and ability to listen to the tourists. We tried to be disciplined excursion-goers. She showed us Yerevan and recommended places to eat, a little silver shop, and two museums (Saryan and Parajanov). We’re grateful for all her recommendations and took advantage of them all. Nina, thank you so much once again!

We had great drivers: Artur, Spartak, and Gogoshik (car number 303 TT 10). On the challenging drive to Tatev and back—with two mountain passes and nonstop rain—we were amazed by how Gogoshik drove: calmly and confidently, without speeding or getting irritated when we asked for a break from the winding mountain roads.

Thank you so much for two unforgettable days of excursions on April 5 and 6. On April 5, we saw the grandeur of Ararat and other amazing places with Tigran, and on April 6, Garnik showed us the beauty of Lake Sevan. I loved the trip, the guides’ stories, the wonderful cuisine, and the overall arrangements. The buses were very comfortable, and a special thank-you to the drivers for driving carefully and safely. I was a little nervous before the tour, but it turned out there was no need to be. I came away with so many positive emotions. I can confidently say that the organization is undoubtedly top-notch. Keep it up! I’m so glad I had the chance to discover Armenia with you! ))

I learned about this tour company from a city map brochure I was given at the airport, and I’m very glad I did.

At lunchtime on March 30, I decided to take a tour, but I didn’t have much hope, since I only had half a day left and was flying out the next day. But at the office at 31 Khanjyan, I was greeted by a beautiful, friendly young woman who arranged the tour I wanted almost instantly. Twenty minutes later, the three of us (me, Aram, and Avet, since there was no group) set off on a historical and cultural journey. Throughout the tour, I learned a huge number of historical facts and saw many picturesque places. A huge thank-you to Aram and Avet for this tour.

Good afternoon! I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mane and Araik for the tour. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Mane’s commentary as our guide was very interesting and informative. And the lavash was simply outstanding! Araik is a fantastic driver! Thank you! You’re the best!!!

We went on two excursions in March, to Gyumri and so on, and to Tatev and Shaki Waterfall. Excellent organization, a comfortable bus, and excellent drivers. But I especially want to mention our guide, Yervand, on these trips. He’s very communicative and did a wonderful job telling us about the places we visited. He was attentive and friendly. The tours were in two languages, but that wasn’t a strain; we came away with a lovely afterglow and a wealth of impressions. Many thanks to the organizers.
