We had an experience of Armenian cultural places and especially wineries within the training program of Wine Tour Operators with the transportation service of Hyur and I'd like to express my greatest gratitude and appreciation to the driver Levin Hakobyan

On 09.04.2024, as part of an international group of tourists, we took a tour along the Gyumri–Black Fortress–Harichavank route. The route and the sights we saw were quite interesting. We really enjoyed the Museum of Urban Life, where the guide gave a detailed and engaging account of the local people’s way of life, traditional crafts and artisans of past centuries. The museum has a large number of exhibits—household items, clothing, and so on—which are bound to spark a listener’s interest. Our visit to the museum left us with the warmest impressions!

The tour of Gyumri... The old town and its historic center left us with the warmest impressions. We visited that very barbershop, preserved from Soviet times (we went during our free time), and chatted with its staff, who had taken such care to preserve the entire setting from that period, right down to the pennants and certificates. And of course, part of Gyumri’s history is connected with the beloved favorite of Soviet moviegoers, the kind Frunzik Mkrtchyan.

A very informative tour along the entire route, led by our guide Tatev. Brilliant! Such a wealth of historical facts, and just so much interesting information! We simply wanted to listen and listen.

We were with Hyur service on April 1, 2024, on a tour of Khor Virap, Noravank, Bird’s Cave, and the In Areni winery. We’ve been taking excursions in Armenia with this company for some time, and this trip left us with wonderful memories.
The tour was very well organized, and our wonderful guide, Tatev, told us about the country’s history and culture throughout the excursion. Our bus driver, Spartak, got us to all the locations on the tour route calmly and professionally. The tour of the In Areni winery and the delicious lunch at a pleasant restaurant also left a wonderful impression. Thank you to the company’s staff for a wonderful and comfortable trip.
We suggest showing films related to the trip on the way back.
We’re planning to take other tours with you as well. We recommend Hyur service to all tourists for their trips.

I took the Lake Sevan tour and it was one of best experiences ever. Thankful to Hyur for providing a perfect and safe guided journey throughout.

On March 25, 2024, I went on an excursion to Khor Virap, Bird Cave, the Areni winery, and Noravank. Everything was top-notch. Our guide, Manya, did a wonderful job at all the tour sites, giving the tour in two languages—Russian and English. She answered all the tourists’ questions in detail (sometimes questions were asked in Russian, English, and Armenian, and she answered effortlessly in all three languages) and handled organizational matters quickly and efficiently. The whole tour was packed with information, historical facts, scientific research, and cultural insights about the country and the history of its people and religion.
The driver, Araik, a mature, calm, pleasant man, was very attentive. He noticed I was taking photos and that the mesh on the windshield was in my way, so at the next stop he raised it higher so I could get some beautiful shots (many thanks to him for that).
I was pleased with everything 👍 I sincerely recommend the tour, the travel agency, the tour itinerary, guide Manya, and driver Araik to all tourists, with all my heart.

At the first it’s really my impression❤️ …I have already booked three trips from the company online 🤝🏻 on February 15, 16, 17, 2024, and they are truly more than wonderful 🔥 starting from the service representatives at the company’s main office 🥰 and even the bus driver and the tour guide 😍 whose virtue we must never forget. She is very skilled in language, appearance, dealing, and helping the entire group, and their names must be mentioned because they have a great work for coming out with trips in this way. Thank you for your trouble with us, and always for more enjoyable trips... To be honest, it was just one problem and the head office apologized for it the driver of pick up me from hotel left me at hotel and go without waiting me because lifter was crowded but it’s only and another all things really more than expected 🔥😘

I really enjoyed the tour of Gyumri and Marmashen Monastery. We visited the Black Fortress, took a walk around the city center, went to a very interesting Museum of Folk Architecture and Urban Life, and stopped to see magnificent Marmashen. Huge thanks to the company for organizing such a wonderful tour, and special thanks to our guide David for his interesting stories about the history of Armenia, its customs and traditions!

I’d like to leave a review of the New Year’s tour to Tsaghkadzor and Sevan. Everything was wonderful, as always with Hyur Service! (This isn’t my first tour with Hyur Service.) I’d especially like to thank our driver, Ashot, and our guide, David. Everything was so friendly, warm, and informative. David told us so many interesting things about Armenia’s history. Thank you so much!

We have use the Hyur Service Tour 3x on the 22,24 & 26 December. We have also use one of their apartment located in 48 Aram St.

The Hyur Team services are excellent, they are very attentive and response to what you are needed and support very promptly.
