I visited Armenia - for the first time - over Easter Week 2008. I was traveling alone, and at the time, the country was under a State of Emergency. Your team, especially Elizabeth (my guide), Christina, and Levon (my driver) made me feel safe and welcome and at home.

When I made the decision to travel to Armenia, it had been an effort to add a country to the list of places I had visited, to be a tourist. But on my arrival in Yerevan, I discovered that I was in for a much different experience than I had expected.

Hyur Service is a paradigm of hospitality. I look forward to a return visit.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and all our wishes for health, happiness and success to all of you.

We have wonderful memories of our trip to Armenia and are thinking of repeating the experience another year to visit the regions we couldn't see this time.

We were satisfied with all your services and have already recommended your agency to our friends in France.

What we appreciated most was having our guide TATEV with us. She knew the history of ancient Armenia, both the history of the monuments we visited and the history itself; and she spoke our language, French, perfectly.

As for our driver, we couldn't have had anyone better.

A careful and patient driver, who often stopped so we could take photos.

We really appreciated it.

We'll be in touch again when the time comes.
