I have just returned home after a 15-day stay in Armenia, and my husband and I had the opportunity to use your services for three excursions:

- Garni - Geghard
- Artsakh
- Sardarabad

I wanted to tell you that we were very satisfied with your services, especially with the professionalism of your guide Gadar, whom we were lucky enough to have all three times.

She is a competent young woman, attentive to her clients, available and always there for her group.

At a time when people only put pen to paper to complain, I felt it was important to let you know how pleased we were.

We have just spent 18 days in Armenia, and would like to thank the whole Hyur Service team for their warm welcome and efficiency.

Especially Anna, who assisted us throughout our stay in perfect French. Also Sona and David for the wonderful times we had discovering Nagorno-Karabakh, and all the drivers who accompanied us from the airport to our accommodations.

Hello Anna,

We had an excellent stay in Armenia.

Our driver to Dilijan was very nice and an excellent driver (careful and discreet).

The HRASDAN hotel was nice and quiet, with large rooms at reasonable prices.

However, you shouldn’t advertise the pool: it was empty when we arrived and then quickly became unsuitable for swimming because there is no cleaning system (the water turned green after a few days), so this needs to be looked into if you want other French tourists to stay there.

We met Vic DARCHINYAN, the world boxing champion, while we were there. He was very nice.
