We booked a Tbilisi-Yerevan transfer. Aro is a very friendly and helpful driver.

We went on an excursion, with Mount Aragats as the main destination. It’s an unusual place, and I was surprised that the air temperature was almost 20 degrees different from Yerevan’s. So warm clothing is a must. We also visited other interesting places along the way. It’s beautiful everywhere! Nothing but positive emotions!

My husband and I are just back from a full-day-tour very well-organized by Hyur service. Our driver Avet was a very kind gentleman opening my car door everytime we stopped. He was on time taking us from the reception of out hotel in the morning and he was a very good driver, we never felt in danger with him. If we reserved a new tour, we would ask to do it with Avet, the best. Thank you!

We went on an excursion on May 22 to Haghpat, the Zarni-Parni Cave-Fortress Complex, Akhtala Fortress, Aramyants Castle, and Sanahin, with guide Karen and driver Karen.
We enjoyed the excursion. We saw many interesting sites. The excursion began with poems recited by our guide Karen, and we also enjoyed hearing him sing psalms in the churches, demonstrating their acoustics.
The excursion was interesting and informative. We recommend it.

I recommend using this tour operator. Guide David and driver Avet are great, 5+ to them.

Guide David was very attentive and told us interesting stories. He organized everything and everyone so that we (there were 8 of us) had a good time and didn’t get bored or tired. We really liked the Geghard church; he even showed us the hall’s acoustics, where the princess sang during the service. He also sang “Our Father” in Armenian. He told us everything in detail and made it interesting, showed us sooo many beautiful places, and, very importantly, David kept an eye on the time so we wouldn’t be late for the airport.

We took a two-day tour to Georgia on May 17–18.
We really enjoyed the tour; everything was planned down to the smallest detail.
We went with our guide Aik and driver Garik. The guide told us fascinating things about Armenia and Georgia and read poems, focusing on the places we were passing through. Thanks to the well-organized arrangements, crossing the border took very little time. Upon arrival in Georgia, a visit to a restaurant with an excellent selection of Georgian national dishes was arranged, and it was included in the tour price. We stayed at the excellent 4-star Astoria Hotel right in the center of Tbilisi, with a good breakfast. Aik showed us Tbilisi by day, the beautiful city in the evening during a walking tour, and in the morning.
On the second day, we also visited a restaurant where all the main dishes of Georgian cuisine were served (barbecue, khinkali, and much more), along with plenty of local flavor.
There were no extra charges anywhere. Everything was included in the tour price.
On our return to Armenia, we were driven around the city of Gyumri (driver Garik gave us an extra tour of the city, and we’d like to thank him especially for that).
Many thanks to our guide Aik for such a wonderful and heartfelt tour. He is a true professional who loves his job and the guests visiting Armenia. We wish Aik and Garik good health and many appreciative guests.

Today we visited the Garni Temple and Lake Sevan with our tour guide, Rosa. We really enjoyed the tour and were very impressed by what we saw. Rosa was wonderful at explaining everything, and it was very interesting to listen to her. Thank you to the company for organizing the tour.

Booked though Viator, I had a private tour with Raffi (guide) and Avet (driver) from Hyur Service in Armenia. It was a very full day trip to 3 monasteries/church complexes of Khor Virap, Noravank and Tatev monastery and ropeway, plus a lot of wonderful scenery along the way. Raffi was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely engaging, and professional - a top-notch tour guide mixing the right amount of knowledge, topics, and free time to take pictures. It was a fantastic experience, and I could not recommend Raffi, Avet and Hyur more.
